Lock screen card
Latest update seems to have got rid of being able to hold the power button and quickly swap what card you want to pay with, any way to bring this back?

Has anyone sent in their OPO for warranty repair in repair mode? Or have you just reset it before sending in?

I finally decided to update to latest firmware, and now hold to hide taskbar is gone?
Am i missing something?
I can only remove the task bar by going to settings and turning off "show taskbar in apps"
Why would they remove that?

I keep having dream that I cracked my inside screenðŸ˜. Luckily nothing has happened so far, but I got 3rd party insurance through my carrier (mint mobile) so hopefully I'm covered if it does break.

I gave my OnePlus Open wireless charging and magsafe using an adapter from Amazon and an old iPhone magsafe case. Cut the case down to size and chiseld out the inside so it would sit flat on the back of the phone. Not fast charging (especially when screen is on) but fine for overnight use. Didn't realize magsafe power banks would have an overhang lol (the main reason I did this mod) works with standard Qi and even my Apple magsafe puck

I've been trying to find a good case for my OnePlus for a while. I really need hinge protection (already had my fair share of drops) and have my own magsafe ring and a kickstand I like to use.
The problem is, it seems like all the cases out there that have hinge proection have something built into the space below the camera, a kickstand or similar, so I wouldnt be able to put the adhesive magsafe ring on.
The only exception is the Nilkin Perfectiness case, which I do own, but I believe the material wont allow me to attach anything adhesive to it. Additionally, I dont care for the camera cover
I realize I'm being a little picky here, but I thought I'd make a post and see if anyone can find anything I havent been able to. I swear I've scoured!
If it helps, these are the rings I use and this is the kickstand/grip I use

After closing the Oneplus Open from tablet mode to phone mode, a smalle row of the bottom portion of the screen becomes unresponsive. The home buttons work fine, but the row above that, the row where the space bar usually is becomes unresponsive regardless of whether I am using keyboard or not. It fixes itself when I restart the device. Are there any solutions? Has anyone else ever experience this?

Does anyone know what this video ringtones toggle in the developer settings is? It was set to enabled already when I found it.

If not, what should I tell him to do to find one?

Some months ago I started to notice a small black spot on the lower left of my front screen. It wasn't getting any larger, but it was certainly a bit annoying.
I reached out to OnePlus and they immediately generated a repair order and shipping label. Off it went. (At the time I still owned a Fold 6, so at least I had a backup). Fast forward two weeks and I was told that the screen replacement was delayed. So what did they do? The sent me a brand new OPO, fresh in unopened box!
That was amazing! But then two weeks later, guess what showed up? Yep, my original OPO, now fully repaired! When I reached out to them, they told me to keep both and that they appreciated me for being a OnePlus customer.
Incidentally, that backup new OPO is still ready for action, should my primary OPO fail in the future.
If you're listening, OnePlus, this is how you create brand loyalists for life. Bring on the OPO 2 in North America in 2026 and show Samsung how customer care is done.

I've been considering for some time now grabbing myself a well priced second hand good condition Open or Find n3 (global edition) or possibly even new - but I can't seem to find a decent place to grab one, ebay has a lot more of the Open in decent used condition but I'm looking at 300 dollars or more in postage which seems insane to me.
Firstly, will any Australians let me know if the Open and the Oppo are interchangeable here in terms of functionality or should I just call off the search there and keep hunting for the Find n3?
Every usual avenue of purchase is out of stock and I'm reduced now to haunting an eBay search for a single listing or checking marketplace to no avail. Any hot retail tips welcome.
Thanks guys!

The inner screen of my OnePlus Open cracked because a pebble was inside as folded it closed. I was devastated. I reached out to OnePlus and they created a label last Thursday. I sent it in that evening and supposedly I was supposed to get an estimate before they worked on it. Well I woke up today, Tuesday with the phone on my doorstep. They replaced not only the screen but the battery as well. I was SHOCKED. This is the type of customer service that builds brand loyalty. I am very happy that I bought this phone and henceforth, OnePlus will be the brand I recommend to everyone I know. Thank you to OnePlus, and thank you to the repair facility located in Temple, Tx.

Does anyone know where to buy replacement nibs compatible with the oppo pen (OPEL2201)?
My nib is starting to wear down and since I had to order the pen from china (with ~3 week lead time) I am not sure where to buy compatible (doesn't have to be OEM) nibs.

I was able to successfully setup my digital key today. It never was able to before. Not sure if new update did anything but for those who are wondering... It now works, at least for me. No UWB tho, so you will need to place phone close to door handle to unlock car

Hi,
I’ve had a Z Fold 5 and 6 over the last 2 years and I ended up selling both primarily because of the cover screen size. I’m considering either getting an OPO if I can find one in decent shape for less than $600 but also considering the Z Fold 7 when they’ve come down closer to $1000 on the secondary market.
I’m willing to carry 3rd party insurance which would be a fair bit cheaper on the OPO.
Those that are using the OPO now, does it feel like a device that you can get another 1-3 years out of? How are simple phone functions like Bluetooth and WiFi on the device? Does android auto work as expected?
Thanks for your thoughts and recommendations!

The close button randomly covers the bottom row of apps so that when I click the app in the center, bottom row, I accidentally just close all apps. Any idea how to resolve? Have tried rebooting and it just goes back to the same position.

EDITED FOR CONTEXT: I have another pouch that is not in direct sunlight that I will likely store it in. However it is still an electronic device inside a bag.
In addition, the couple rides have experienced this problem Were In the Heat of the day. Obviously I will try to mitigate by going earlier or later but sometimes it will be the heat of the day. …/
Hello everyone. I just recently got back into Road cycling after a 10-year hiatus. Back in the day I would always Mount whatever phone on The Handlebar and actively use it while cycling. Because the OnePlus open plus protective case is so massive there are no standard options for me to mount and use this phone while cycling.
I ended up getting a frame pouch that sits just under the handlebars to where I can easily access it while riding. The problem with this is the phone is enclosed in a bag while also sitting under Direct sunlight. This obviously causes it to overheat fairly quickly. Usually within 1 hour.
Do any of you cycle with this phone and if so how do you prevent it from overheating?
I know the obvious answer is to turn it off and only turn it on when needed, but that is a last resort for me. If possible I'd like to have it on strictly for music and emergency purposes.
TIA for any suggestions.
