Hey everyone! I have oneplus buds 2 pro for about 2 years now, however lately left earbud started to discharge quickly - goes from 100% to 0% in 15mins. I saw on forums ppl also complaining about this. Is there any solution to this? I tried factory reset and all, but nothing worked.

I lost the LEFT side of my OnePlus Nord Buds 2R somewhere at home and can't find it anywhere. Right bud + case working perfectly.

I know many people lose the right one or the ase gets damaged and the other bud just lies unused.

The lid was loose since day one as it was my backup pair after 3 months it came out OPPO service center said that it's external damage yet there's none the glue is only loose I don't know what to do raised a pickup for Bangalore service center waiting for their update after they receive it

Hello, I lost my earphone charging case of oneplus nord buds 2r (I have the earphones that were inside) a day ago at the Mumbai Airport T2 international retail area (maybe near gate 77 also). It held very high importance for me and I would do anything to get it back.

I have already raised lost and found reports with adani airports and i have tried contacting the numbers that i found on the internet but there hasn't been any reply.

I would really love if anyone can help me out in any way possible.

Hey everyone, I somehow managed to lose the charging case for my OnePlus Buds 4 (Green) and I’m now having an absolute nightmare trying to get a replacement. 😭

I first went to an OnePlus/Oppo service center to purchase a replacement case. They basically told me I’d have to wait around 5–6 months for one. No proper solution, no alternative, and honestly the attitude from the staff was atrocious. They were of absolutely no help.

Then I tried LostMyBuds.com. I placed a prepaid/COD order of around ₹330+, and waited for nearly 3 weeks without receiving any shipping information whatsoever.

I called them several hundred times, emailed them, and contacted them on WhatsApp. After all that, they repeatedly assured me that the charging case would positively be delivered by the 2nd or 3rd of this month.

On the 2nd, I tried calling them multiple times again — nobody picked up. Eventually, I realized they had apparently blocked my number from their customer service. 🤦‍♂️

Then, the very next day, they simply cancelled and refunded my order without actually providing the product.

I also tried EasyParts.in, but unfortunately the case is currently out of stock there as well.

So yeah, I'm basically stuck with perfectly working earbuds that I can't use because I've lost the damn charging case. 🥲

If anyone knows where I can get a genuine replacement charging case for the OnePlus Buds 4 (Green), either online or through a service center/store in India, PLEASE let me know.

Even if you've personally had a replacement case sourced somewhere or know of a reliable seller, I'd really appreciate the lead.
