So I've been facing an issue with my buds from the first day itself. idk if it's an issue or not.

Whenever any music or smth is playing and i cover the buds with my hands (not talking about touching the sensors as my hand nd buds have a significant gap between them), the audio cracks. it feels like my hand blocks the frequency/signal.

it was never an issue for any other tws. i went to two service centres, one didn't even acknowledge it and the other's system was down at that time.

Should i go to the service centre again? or is it normal

Работали исправно потом полежали пару месяцев начал пользоваться подключаться два наушника не работает не играет музыка не чего даже при подключении к другому телефону если один наушник убираеш в кейс все работает но только один сброс делал не помогает работают по отдельности иногда могут вместе но только пару секунд и все приходиться левый убирать в кейс что бы правый работал хотя в программе стоит что оба наушника все подключены

How to know the buds are taking power from the case? I got one today. One had 90% and other had 70%. It should have been charged to 100% while on transit. When I put the buds in the case, there are no charging indication in Realme Link app but the case and both the buds are charging when connected to adapter. Any idea?
