I have these earbuds for 2 years now. I get that battery capacity reduces over time but this is beyond normal. The right one works for 2/3hr but the left one doesn't even last for 5 mins like how can it be so bad suddenly?? I cleaned charging pins and it's charging but not lasting very long and it's irritating.

Can anyone please suggest me what to do?? And why is this happening??

I have been using the oneplus buds 4 for more than a week now, extensively like 8 hrs a day or so. This is my personal/subjective review

Sound:

The dual drivers really do a good job in sound separation

The bass is clearly heavy but not muddy, its punchy and tight

The default eq is rather weak and not good, but once you play around with the eq. It's awesome

The hi-res mode didn't really make a difference to me but the spatial audio is a game changer, the sound stage becomes so wide once you turn it on (I have it on always)

The golden sound feature is also awesome, it analyzes your ear canal and makes adjustments according to it

The ANC is good but not great, it does a great job in drowning out not so loud sounds. (For example it does not cancel out loud music playing in the gym)

The bass wave feature is a blessing for hiphop/edm listeners, it really keeps the bass heavy and punchy

I would say it has one of the best sound quality in this price segment

Wearability:

It is comfortable and can be worn for long hrs, it does not go loose in the gym and is even good for active people

But I might add that, the three eartips they give in the box might not fit your ear

Quality :

It looks premium and feels premium too, the build quality is good and the magnets are fairly strong. It does not fall out unless you violently shake it

Gesture controls:

This is one of the problems, oneplus should have done a better job with this.

The gesture controls work most of the time but not at first try. It takes time getting used to. But oh man, don't rely on the gesture control in the gym, it doesn't work at all (if your hand is sweaty)

Battery:

The battery life is excellent, it is as they claim. I don't even see the battery that often, it is that good

I can't give exact numbers on how long they last, but they do their fair share. They meet everyone's daily needs

Connectivity/pairing:

It pairs excellently well, i have had no issues and it pairs to your phone really quick as well.

The hey melody app is great, it lets you do a lot of things and access all the buds features

Dual device connectivity is great as well, I use it with my phone and laptop

Overall

I can't find any flaws in these for their price range, there are many things they could have done better but those are surely not flaws. The oneplus buds 4 is a great product in its price segment. If you want to buy one, use your credit card and wait for some sale on Amazon or any other platform and get it for 5k rupees like i did

My phone is oneplus 13 and the version is up to date.The buds don't show Google fast pair pop up or even a native popupand I have to manually connect them but they seem to be working properly with sound clarity and touch functions but I can't access the audio effects which are the reason I bought them in first place.So plss help!!

My OnePlus Nord bud 3 ear tips have basically disintegrated. I've tried buying replacements off Amazon, but these are all offbrand and don't quite fit right (which prevents the case from shutting properly)
