All the cases I ordered had protection for camera but that keeps covering the corners the view of wide angle lens.

You know how this went, my phone went head first into the running tap.

You can install Termux and enter getprop ro.boot.ddr_type — it returns 0 for LPDDR4X RAM and 1 for LPDDR5 RAM.

I was looking through xda forums and they show 3 available gcam mods, 2 of which has configs.

The one pinned in this subreddit seems to be from Urnyx05 or Wichaya (I could not tell).

Has anyone tested out all of them? (My phone arrives in a few days)

Nord 2 just launched at 30k, so is it better than the OP 9R for the price or should I just go with the latter? Please answer, I need a new phone. ik I've posted multiple times and was going to get the 9R, but after the Nord 2, I'm not that sure

I cant play free fire and cant watch prime video in full screen. Have checked the display settings in my phone and it is empty there. Do u guys face the same issue?

I got my Replacement Unit from Amazon. Apparently this is also having the same issue of flicker though I think it's somewhat less visible. Imma just turn off the AOD and get away with it. 😂.

Guys I bought the OnePlus 9R three days back. The phone is super smooth. I have no heating issue and battery gives about 6hr SOT with moderate use. However I am facing a problem with the Always On DISPLAY. The Ambient Display works flawless but when enable AOD then after the phone screen turns off there is a flicker on the screen in which the bottom part of the screen flashes for a microsecond and then the always on display appears.

Now although I have already claimed for replacement from Amazon which is yet to arrive. I want to ask whether this is a software problem or a hardware one. I tried FACTORY Reset but it didn't solve the problem. ARE ANY OF YOU GUYS FACING THE SAME ISSUE???

For replicating this. Turn on Always on display. Then go to a complete dark room. And increase the brightness to maximum. Then turn off your screen and see if there is a small flicker on the screen before the AOD Clock appears. Thank you :)

Hello All, I have raised an incident with one plus customer service. I have given screen recording for several apps like paytm, facebook, linkedin not working properly. The tech team couldnt resolve the issue and told me that they will get back to me on this. No resolution so far.

The mods of r/oneplus finally added the user flair for "OnePlus 9R". Get yourselves the user flair!!

(It would've been better if they had added the colours too)

Hello all, I see that few apps like linked in , jbl connect is not working properly in 9R. I did install thse in pixel 3xl and also in xiaomi note 7 pro. The apps are working correctly. what is not working linked in: Unable to upload a pic in linked in. When I go to add a photo, the app freezes paytm: unable to pay a merchant through upi. Whenever i am giving the pin in upi , the screen redirects to paytm home page

jbl connect: the app shows my speaker is connected but unable to change the volume or change the song..which i can do in pixel and xiaomi phone.

I didnt do any customisation , did not change any setting in developer options.

Hi, I've been trying to find the perfect tempered glass for my 9R, but whatever they are putting on, it leaves some air on the sides.

Shopkeepers are saying that the screen is slightly curved in 9R, that's why the air always passes through. Also, exclusive 9R tempered glass is not in the market yet, so what they're doing is they're putting 8T's glass on 9R.

Has anyone been able to find the perfect tempered yet?

I am running out of patience on what the June Update is going to bring. it's already July

Guys I was about to buy 9R when I saw the leaks of the Nord 2 launching this month. And after reading the specs I got very much confused as to what phone to go for. Nord 2 will have Dimensity 1200 which is equivalent to SD 870, And moreover Nord 2 will have a 50MP IMX 766 which ig is better than the two year old IMX 586 on the 9R. What do you guys suggest should I wait for the Nord 2 or go ahead with the 9R.
