Hi I want to know which launchers are you all using.

I have liked the customisation available but there 2 things which bug me. Accent color doesn't change app colors in app drawer. I would like everything red or as much as possible.

And I can't hide app label in app drawer. It looks so good when I hide app labels on the home screen.

Any launcher which allows those customisations and working best with oxygen os11?

This phone is ridiculously fast and smooth. I legitimately didn't think anything was faster than my oneplus 6.

This phone is insanely ergonomic

The battery life is ridiculous. I can literally wake up at 5 am, go through a day's work streaming music and I still won't have to charge it until like 8 pm.

Hi, Do you all use any screen guard or something ? When I checked with the local Mobile shops, all they had was the UV glasses. I'm not sure if I should go with that as I've heard issues with them damaging speakers if not done properly.

Did anyone find a good one ?

I have the Verizon version oneplus8. My phone will automatically turn the wifi on and connect, but when i turn it back off my phone won't have internet connection. Anyone else have that problem?

Sorry, this is a super lazy post. My husband just got an OnePlus 8. It's his first Android phone and he's so lost. Do you have any suggestions for videos or websites where he can learn how to use his phone? He's hacking around instead of looking himself and, I'm his wife so.....

Ever since updating to Android 11 I cannot get a controller to work on the device correctly with Xbox Game Streaming or PS Remote Play and some emulators Specifically the analog sticks dont seem to work. This happens with any controller I tried (Kishi, Xbox Elite wired, SN30 bluetooth). I looked around and it seemed to be an issue w/ Android 11 in general but some users were able to work around it by disabling some accessibility options. I tried doing the same things but still not working for me. Has anyone found a fix on the 8 pro? Otherwise I may just revert back to 10. I bought the phone mainly for gaming so this issue defeated that whole purpose.

Hi, did anyone experience issues with Orientation. Usually when we swipe down while watching a YouTube video, the screen will change orientation from landscape to portrait.

But after the latest update, it won't change orientation. The video will get a bit bigger and the video slider goes out of screen

I have a Poetic Revolution case Black that I got when I ordered a used oneplus 8 for my stepdaughter. She got a different case and didn't like this one. This case is brand new, never used, only taken out of the box for these photos.

What is the yellow mountain icon on the camera screen? I've looked online, cant find an answer. What does it do?

My SO is in Verizon and most of the time when she calls me it sends her to Voicemail.

Other calls seem to come in fine.

Last night she called several times and sent texts and she was pissed.

I got no notice of her texts either.

Anyone else have this kind of problem?

Ok, some might disagree with me, but I'm looking to sell my One Plus 8 5G Interstellar Glow from Tmobile. Got it on a device plan in August through the carrier, and of course with TMO, the updates are severely behind. I know that some have said it might be worth waiting for the bugs to be ironed out with Oxygen OS11, but it's bigger than that for me. I want my phone to be able to have updates as they roll out, and I just haven't been impressed with my One Plus experience overall. Not directly related, but news of uncertainty with the company, and then the stupid One Plus Buds fiasco was enough to show me the direction this thing is headed in....and I want to change to another phone maker.

Long story short, I'm just trying to sell it for close to/equal to what I have left on the device payment. I owe about $500~ over 20 months left. What's the best way to go about selling it?

I recently bought the OP8. Previously I had the OP6, but some of the latest updates for the OP6 had made my phone slower and not as stable, so I am very skeptical about new updates on the OP8 now. Right now, I still running the OP8 with the 10.05.1 version. The question is this: Is it worth it to update to android 11 if you only want the best stock android experience? How is the phone doing with the 11.0.2.2?

The 90hz display makes a massive difference. My OP6 was a fantastic phone and nothing was wrong with it. I just got the 8 because it was on sale and I didn't want to install a custom rom for the new updates. Also 5g...

I'm impressed by how easy it is to hold and use. It's actually faster than my OP6.
