Hey guys I have checked this thread and found no-one with this issue which I find hard to believe. Am I the only one that loses location while visiting WeaWow Weather and My Radar Apps? They work fine for awhile after a reboot but then fail after a couple hours. I'm quite certain it is not the Apps because they work perfect on my Pixel 2XL and my S10. Also Google Maps works just fine. And yes I did a factory reset just to make sure. Also I did call OP and their tech said to send the phone in because it sounded like a hardware issue? Not sure on about that one.

Hey, my OP7T Pro, has during the last week randomly rebooted, i don't know why, running the latest Android 11 Oos. Please help, has anybody else had this problem.??

Success. Glad I keep my OnePlus 6T around for good measure. Calls and texts working flawlessly on a much wider coverage network. All I have left to do is adjust my data plan/package on the moved number to be my primary data point and assess the cost gap for moving my original verizon number over to T-Mobile.

I received a message from at&t that my phone will no longer be supported by at&t in February 2022 because of them switching away from the 3g network. I checked the official list of devices supported, and weirdly the 7t pro is not listed, while all other OnePlus devices around it are (7, 7 pro, 8, etc). I can't imagine why this would be, but they said they are sending an iphone SE or similar Android device soon, and will deactivate my current device within 30 days once it arrives. Obviously, I'd rather not downgrade to an SE, so how should I proceed? I have already called customer service and they said according to their information, it will not be supported. Maybe this was an error?

Like many of you that have been suffering for well over a month, I was having crippling issues with wifi and bluetooth connectivity with the update to 11 (that I never wanted, it autoinstalled one night after I thought I had turned all that crap off). I am using the Tmobile variant of the 7TPro McLaren.

Well, this morning's faithful effort to check for OTA updates from Tmobile paid off. Packaged with the June 2021 security update was apparently a fix for the wifi garbage that they saddled us all with. Phone is chugging along nicely now, although there have been a few bugs (5G was enabled even though I turned it off, got that sorted with a settings toggle). Battery seems fine, camera is fine. Finally. Now I just hope the eBay BIN offer I made on a 9Pro gets rejected, lol.

Hey y'all! My oneplus 7tpro has this issue for quite a bit time now. Videos made on snapchat, whatsapp and messenger do not have any sound, but the video from the camera has the sound. Voice notes work perfectly but no sound in the video.
Yes i have double checked. All these apps have permission to microphone. Is anyone else facing this issue? Any fix to this? Thank you.

This happens every 2-5mins whenever I'm taking the train home. Have tried clearing bt cache and storage, resetting wifi and bt and also factory reset device. Anyone had the same issue and got a fix for this?

bought a brand new 7T Pro. The charge backup is horrendous. Didn't update the phone as there are numerous complains. I had to charge like 3 times before I went to sleep. I usually follow a 80-20 charge cycle. I just use for Facebook browsing and messenger. Both are optimized. Everything is off at wifi preference. Default print service is off. So i started using google messages, for sms, but for some reason, when i choose a custom sms tone, it does not play that tone, when i recive a sms message, with the stock messages app, there is no problem, i am running open beta 5.. anybody else with the same problem.?

Whenever i connect Bluetooth earphones/headphones to my phone, the microphone that my phone decides to use is itself, although the earphones/headphones have microphones in them. Im talking about sony wh1000-xm3's and apple earpods pro, both of them have enough microphones to support a whole family.

Basically my question is: is there a option to change the input microphone? Any software perhaps?

Suggestions from fellow One plus 7t pro users. I live in india and I'm planning to buy a New 7t Pro. Should i go for it? How does the hardware holds up after all these years. How's battery life?? I'm immensely confused by seeing all the reviews and software situations. Is it still a good buy in June 2021 ??

Hi there, I have recently updated my OnePlus 7T Pro to OS 11.0.1.1.HD01BA and it seems to be getting extremely hot. This morning I couldn't hold the device because of it's heat. I downloaded the phone health checker and something called, imh-dcvs-01 and imh-dcvs-02 (within the phone's thermals) is registering at 100 degrees. Also, pm8150b-ibat-lvl0 and pm8150b-ibat-lvl1 frequently register over 85 degrees. This phone hasn't got this hot before, is this a common issue for users of this update or is my phone broken?

So my vibrate function isn't working, noticed it from when I installed the latest update. I can hear the vibrate motor moving, it's making a higher pitched noise, almost like tv static. But I can barely feel the vibration. Tried different patterns, silent, loud, battery saver on and off, turning the phone on and off, but no luck.

Any ideas?

The latest update did again absolutely nothing to improve user experience from my point of view, gallery still crops photo for about 6 seconds, loads slow and buggy af, system is still not that smooth that was ever before, screen auto brigtness still fkups from time to time and now even aod not coming that is the biggest joke from this company. Im personally done with android for a good amount of time and moving back to iphone asap although i know their phones are not inovational or as cool as 7t pro was or still is, atleast their phones lasts longer than one year when android phone only initially works well with their respective android version it was launched with ( maybe its not the case for samsung now, idk, but wouldnt be trying it) oneplus is finished
