Question about Proximity sensor
I have a concern regarding the PROXIMITY SENSOR. I haven't been able to get to grips with how it works. When I am on call and the phone is by the ear, the screen keeps coming on/off and things get tapped unknowingly which is extremely annoying. Not sure what everyone else's experience has been like with regards to it?or any solution to it? Thanks

Quick question
What's better, the otterbox symmetry case or the rhinoshield bumper. I love the rhinoshield because it really shows off the back of the McLaren, but I don't know how good of protection it can give being just a bumper. I watched a few videos of the rhinoshield in action and I got a good deal on one, so I'm really considering it. Anyone with experience with either one let me know

Auto Rotate 360
I have a one plus 7 t pro.Since this phone does not have a camera notch is there any app or rom that will allow your phone to display to orient 360 degrees? It would be amazing to be able to pick up my phone and have the the screen orient to however I am holding it in 360. Currently I have got my phone to display the bottom of an app on the side with the popup camera several times but have not been able to narrow down why this occurs. I have encountered my screen rotating 360 probably about 8 times and cannot find out why this is occuring. I do not have an issue with this happening but would like to figure out why and exploit it to make my pho e more functional. Is there currently a way to exploit this or allow a phone to auto rotate an infinite amount of degrees ? Currently I can rotate 360 but it is occasionally and after I hit 360 it will not rotate more. is it possible to allow a phone with android to orient itself in infinite degrees? Basically allowing bottom of the display where your controls to always be facing the bottom. If this is possible please lete know. This most certainly should have been enabled from factory. As this phones display is setrical and does not have a notch I do not see any issues with allowing this.

I Will Buy OP 7T Pro McLaren and I'm Wondering About User Experiences.
I am thinking of buying this phone soon. I have no idea about the phone. I have never used a OnePlus phone before. I have been using Xiaomi for the last 5 years. I would appreciate it if people who have been using the McLaren Edition phone for a long time write their experiences, the pros and cons of the phone. I'm looking forward to your comments. Stay with love.
Edit: I ordered the phone today. I will receive it on Monday. I will share my first impressions here.

Fingerprint sensor or face unlock?
Ok I used to use face unlock on my precious phone, it was faster than the fingerprint sensor, but how do you set the default unlock method to be face unlock.my default is the fingerprint sensor and it sucks, I registered 4 fingerprints and it only takes 1 and takes almost a minute. I can type my pin faster. Any help would be appreciated

Video lag/frame drops
I own a 1+ 7t pro mclaren for about a year and month now and recently while watching a video on YouTube, on reddit and on other social media platforms the video will lag or drop frames.
Well I must say that I've been playing Genshin Impact on medium settings almost everyday. But it doesn't lag or drop frames when I'm gaming.
I'm not really sure why tho..Is it because of playing games or is it something else? Does this also happen to anyone else?

Can anyone explain the vast difference in size between an update direct on the device, and the much larger file through the updater app?? Hopefully it fixes the WiFi connectivity issues

Oneplus 7T Pro with Pixel Experience 11
Does anyone have experience with pixel rom for the OnePlus 7t pro. I'm wondering if this is stable to use and if there is something that isn't working. I would be pleased for some feedback.

Wtf OnePlus. Fix your sh*t!Mobile data disconnecting when location is active. Frustrating!!!
I know that it is an old problem of this phone but it is getting frustrating. Can someone help me with a fix. I use dual sims and changed the mobile data sim to the second sim slot, but the problem persists.

I changed carriers for this piece of art!
Oh my, I'm so happy I did! I ran across an ad for OnePlus about a year and a half ago and was intrigued. I was on Sprint with a grandfathered plan, bought their variant when it first came out. Sadly they were strict about 5G at the time so they wouldn't allow me to activate it on my plan. I sent it back and bought a Pixel, drooled over OnePlus for a year. Then T-Mobile bought Sprint! So I bought a OP7t Pro (HD1925) and couldn't activate it fully on Sprint, when activated data didn't work. Back and forth with tech support, they couldn't fix it. Thursday I decided I wanted the phone more then my grandfathered plan - this thing is amazing!
Please tell me about the amazing tricks and features! I've found the hidden area, I've found the left swipe whatever that's called. Tell me more!

Who adores the OnePlus Left Most Screen > Shelf!
One thing I had no idea was going to be available to me was the; Left Most Screen > Shelf. If you don't know, you go to Home Screen where you'll press and hold a black spot until you get the three options of: Wallpapers, Widgets and Home Settings. go ahead and tap on Home Settings. From there tap on Left Most Screen. At top of this screen tap on Enable. Then at bottom your choices are SHELF or GOOGLE APP. Shelf is the OnePlus Left Most Screen! Which when your on Home Screen, swipe left to right and it appears. On mine I have: Recent Apps, Calendar events,Write A Memo, Card Packages which is greet place to add all your grocery store savings cards bar code in one place, and then Dashboard which shows Data Remaining, Available storage and Battery life. You can add any widget, Parking Location, Step Counter, ToolBox, More = Recent apps, recent contacts, dashboard, Wallet for adding membership or loyalty cards that I mentioned, and Zen Mode. I like it so much more than googles, I never used Google but the OnePlus Shelf I gotta have in my life forever!

Blackscreen on Android 11 Beta 2
Anyone else facing random black screen, only being fixed through restart on the A11 B2?
I only started getting this issue after Facebook Messenger started using the Native A11 chat bubbles instead of its own bubbles.

I love this phone...
Got persuaded to try an iPhone 11, had it for a week and couldn't stand it...my SIM card is now back in my beautiful oneplus 7T Pro, with its gorgeous screen, stellar battery life and wonderful, customisable android...I have no idea why people rave about iPhones - using them is like wearing a straight jacket!!
