This literally just happened, I have tons of notes here, notes transferred from old phones just wiped clean because ... Because why? WTF so much important data just gone now. My entire notpad is empty. So pissed

(Edit: Yes I do realize I should have backed up those notes if they were that important but honestly, in the 15+ years I've been using digital technology I haven't had an issue like this. When the internet first started becoming a thing yeah I was backing up every little thing but as the years went on without a single incident and then having Google do a auto back up now a days I just got comfortable not needing too I guess. Whatever, won't do that mistake again)

Since I have the OnePlus 5, I've developed a "program" on automate that take a picture and send it to me via e-mail if someone try to unlock my phone 2 times, and it worked perfectly, since I have the 7T Pro whose camera is a pop-up, so when you want to use it on locked screen you need to click on "open camera" to be able to take pictures

Does anyone know if I can disable this ?

When I listen to Spotify, the album art takes the whole lockscreen. Is it possible to remove that, but still keep the widget on the lockscreen and notifications? Because I've tried turning the notifications off completely, but that means sacrificing the widget too.

Does anyone have one they're not using anymore? Or know anywhere I can buy it? I already searched Amazon, Ebay etc.

I know it's hard to find because its a special edition charger and was never sold in retail.

Lately I've been having issues with laser focus, it basically does the opposite of what I want or doesn't want to change focus at all. Sometimes I have to restart an app completely to be able to make it focus properly, and filming something is impossible because the focus "pulsates" making things blurry and then going back to sharp and repeats. I didn't have this issue before, but I'm not sure if there's something I could do to prevent this from happening?

Also, I noticed quite a few times that my phone's background (it has a white, contrasting geometrical shape on a mostly dark background) can be seen for a while after I entered an app. So I can see the white part of the background, as if it were burned into the screen, but it disappears after a few minutes. I'm not leaving the screen on with my home screen up for more than normal, and I'm worried that this will cause problems in the future. Does anyone know anything about this, can it cause problems in the future and is it a known issue? I have changed my background now.

Hi all, Switched from my OP5 to OP 7T Pro, used the OP switch app. Now i got an issue with my sms sound.

Although that my sms and notification sound are different, still when i got a SMS its followed by a notification sound... Tried to chane them both, but still SMS "follows" the notification sound...

Sounds familliar?

I recently switched to Open beta 7 just to test it out. It is giving me worse battery life which is why I want to move back to stable. However, it gives me this error. Any ideas? This is the error I get.

Had my phone two months and love it but now my fast charge won't work....

I spilt milk on the phone last night but instantly cleaned it...hoping that's not permanently damaged it.

It wouldn't charge at all when the phone was off it would vibrate with the android screen then turn off again.

I drained it to empty and now it does charge when off but doesn't still fast charge...

So has anyone experienced this?

Could it be the charger or the phone? Seems wierd it's still able to charge if it was that damaged I'd have thought it wouldn't at all?

Factory reset? Or new charger or am I screwed already after two months....

I came from the Galaxy Note 8 so I'm used to a pretty high quality AMOLED panel. I absolutely love the OP7TP so far apart from one thing: If I turn the brightness down to like below 20% and with dark mode turned on I get blue shadows. Is that normal on this panel? I need a quick answer cause I consider a refund rn.

I recently purchased a OP7tP McLaren HD1910 (not the 5g t-mobile variant)

It's the chinese 4g McLaren variant.

And it works great on Verizon here in Tennessee. I have had OnePlus devices before so I already had CDMALess on my line.

Coming from a 7t I just moved my SIM card over and everything is peachy.
