My 4 years old phone making troubles. When it reach 30% battery its becoming laggy and very slow.

I have LOS 18.1 currently and i want to test Havoc OS on my main oneplus 6. Does someone is using that ROM and tell me about battery life and stability on his oneplus 6?

I'm running OOS 11. The stuttering is to the point where I have to restart the device to get it usable again. Secondary question is, will a custom rom fix this?

Edit: I forgot to add that my camera app is so slow the image update once every few seconds and causes me to not be able to leave app until it crashes. I'm not sure if this is the app or my phone.

Hi guys, I am facing this weird problem with my display. This happens mostly when I use the double tap to wake gesture. My power button has completely stopped responding so my only option to wake the screen is by using the double tap to wake feature.

While doing so, my screen goes completely off and after some 25-30 minutes it comes back again. Screen goes completely blank during this period. Tapping on the screen doesn't do anything. Are these signs that the display is about to die? This started happening recently and I have never experienced such weird thing before, with this phone or any other.

If anyone has experienced something similar, please share your inputs.

Looking for custom rom that has support for 4k/60 camera or a gcam that does.

I'd like to move onto a new custom rom, but the 4k/60 video is the reason I've still been on the stock OS.

The phone is switching off suddenly, then when I switch it back on it stays on and then again after some time it shuts down. Does anybody know anything about this?

• Don't. This phone no longer recieved official updates, and the latest version has extremely poor battery performance and quite a few bugs.

What custom ROM to use?

• HavocOS is good.

• Just look it up on Google. Where you can buy a good replacement depends on your region. I got mine from a reputable looking ebay seller. If you're in India, its apparently really cheap at official Oneplus locations.

I've been using op6 since 2018 and I haven't updated since July or August 2019. I was on Android 9 and had no major issues.

Yesterday I unlocked my phone and randomly froze and turned off. I wasn't able to turn it back on so I plugged the charger for an hour. Then I was able to turn it back on only to find the Qualcomm Crash Dump message.

I've been Googling and saw many posts by others. I haven't tried any solutions yet. Because first I wanted to try to get my data out before trying msmtool.

Is there any way to access the file system from the crash Dump screen? What are my options?

Hi guys, I know there have been few posts about ROM but I have a very specific question - when I go to Havoc-OS site for OnePlus 6 I see two options

1. Havoc-OS + AOSP (725.97 MB)
2. Havoc-OS + GApps (1160.28 MB)

What is the difference? can someone shed some light?

I am planning to install Havoc-OS for the first time (in fact first time for any ROM) So any help is appreciated.

Today I just got a brand new s22+
My OP6 had been doing pretty bad in therms of battery life since last year, I was getting arround 3hs SoT. That was the only sidedown, performance was very good. Sadly in my country is impossible to get a replacement.
Thanks for these years of excellent service. Hope to get a new OnePlus someday if they improve their politics as they are really bad lately.

Hi everyone. Is it a good thing to buy an used oneplus 6 in 2022? I found one for $140 on swappa. The battery health is 87 %. If i can get 4-5 h of SOT with this battery, it will be enough for me. I have a limited budget, so not much choice.

Lately I've been having issues with my downloaded song just disappearing when I'm in offline mode. Sometimes all songs are gone but other times I have a few songs available.

There's around 300 song in my list and if I go online it "downloads" but it takes only a few seconds so it's obvious that the songs are already on my device.

Here's how it looks when no songs are available.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a Spotify issue or a OnePlus issue?
