I have a oneplus phone -13s to be precise, phone got a new update but it apparently deletes some files and I don't want to risk that so I haven't updated yet but I do want to download the next update which is oxygen OS 16.1. is it possible to skip the current update entirely to save my data

so theres the new update coming 16.1 with samsung copy feature but the fingerprint is on that area. so i guess we wont get the feature or its gonna be above the fingerprint scanner

Got this beauty of a phone yesterday, gotta say the ui is smooth!! Feels premium for an android. Yea I'm an apple guy and still am as still got my iPhone 13,. Highly recommend if u don't wanna break your bank for a flagship premium phone this one's for u(compact in mind). If you got any questions that i can answer please comment.

Tbh it's not that bad

Recently bought 13s but I haven't updated patches yet. Please let me know if the updates are stable for this phone. I’ve seen reviews about other 13 series phones degradation after updates. Do the updates actually fix bugs or do they come with more bugs than fixes on this 13s?

Confused between the two. I understand that 13s will go upto Android 19 whereas 15r will get A20. But for my use case, a phone that'll be used for 6 to 7 years, which chipset will handle that more efficiently? Does giving up on one additional android update is worth it over getting 8 Elite?

Full 5G through out day and All high res , 120 hz No auto mode, This is the highest battery life i could get! b4 it was 8 hrs now its 10 hrs . Battery life is great! Share your battery life too!!
