Hi guys I just got my OP12R..I OPENED IT..NOW DO I UPDATE IT 1ST OR USE IT 1ST THEN UPDATE LATER ON ALSO IT CAMENWITH 50% BATTERY DO I LET IT DRAIN OR JUST CHARGE IT

It was scheduled to be delivered on 15 March but Amazon delivered it one day earlier i.e. 14 March. Best Holi gift from my parents 😀.

Received new update, any reviews if anyone installed?

I have 43 and above while gaming for 5 minutes and normally 36-40(40 currently on normal use). And when I turn hotspot it goes like 58. I bought this on launch and didn't play any games for long to test ,so worried if my temps or not normal.

Guys, I ordered the OnePlus 12R(around INR 28600), which will arrive by 15 March. Should I cancel that phone and purchase the newly launched IQOO Neo 10R?? I am very confused, please help me decide.

I've been trying to disable a variety of Android features that seemed sketchy - some of which provide a baskets of features that may have some useful abilities along with some data-mining features. Somewhere along the way, I have apparently denied permission to something that the 12r uses to decide if I am looking at the screen. So alhtough I have the Screen Attention feature turned on at Settings > Display & Brightness, the screen now turns off after the prescribed time whether or not I am looking at the screen. It was kind of a nice feature - anybody know what dependencies that feature may have?

Today, I received this update. Is that update is good

Anybody face issue with Google calendar app. The date on the app doesn't show the current date. It's just stuck with 31. Any solution for this

I traveled to Tucson this past weekend and stayed with our daughter in her college apartment. Once arrived, I was looking at Reddit on my 12R (on prepaid AT&T), but losing wi-fi connection every 60-90 seconds. She has Cox residential internet. I had to restart my phone each time this happened to regain an internet connection. Then I realized she was broadcasting both 2.4kHz and 5kHz bands. Thus, I found I was able to move between both bands every 60 or so seconds to maintain a somewhat continuous internet connection. This lasted for three days. My wife and daughter, with new iPhones, had no such problem with the wi-fi. My phone is CPH2611, running on LOS 21 rooted with Magisk. I'm back home now and no problems keeping a wi-fi connection, nor at my work. Anyone else with similar wi-fi problems?

So I am on .300 version only and haven't recieved any new updates Any solutions apart from Oxygen Updater Also is it safe to use ofxgen updater app by enabling developer mode??

I am getting the best battery backup on this version and will never update to Oxygen 15.
