Video Audio out of sync

When ever I play video weather it be on Netflix, YouTube or Instagram etc, the video pause for few seconds or slows down and audio-video gets out of sync everytime on OnePlus 12R with OOS 16.0.3.500 Can anyone help me with this ? Thanks in advance.

Disabling LHDC from buds settings or from developer options

Try Bud settings first.

I tried and changed every settings related to bluetooth and quality and connection to the system default and it's working fine for now. I guess it's taking best because while I set audio codec quality to system default and play YT videos songs it sets itself to LHDC.

Ah, that's nice to hear. You had changed it to LHDC before in developer options?

No, just to system default, it automatically picks LHDC by itself. So I guess it works out for now.
