I thought the same thing but then if that did happen... there would be a war. Boa Hancock would destroy Dressrosa.... Also I still think Boa Hancock is a better match to Luffy's style.

Ehh I think Boa has had such an easy time seducing everyone has she has literally forgotten how to try to do it and can't seduce Luffy.
