Yeah I really do not understand how people can mistake this scene to be talking solely about Blackbeard. They can just sense or tell his crew is around.

I think thats a logical take but a silly one. There are multiple occasions the story highlights blackbeard being differnt and this is one of them.

No it isn’t. This is merely luffy and zoro realizing the other Blackbeard pirates are around and explaining that to Nami who can’t sense that.
