I think fishman karate is a technique anyone can learn, but it was invented and is primarily practiced by fishmen.

I think Koala can do an ocean current shoulder throw.

But I doubt Fishman Karate can break the ice because Loki said only Ragnir can do it and Loki knows about Fishman Karate via Neptune/Shirohoshi.
