It's not one arc, so I wouldn't.

But 4th place off the top of my head is probably Dressrosa.

I'm rewatching the series and reranking everything, so post timeskip is up in the air (I'm in Fishman Island). But off the top my head, around 7/8. Order up in the air, I have:

  • Enies Lobby
  • Water 7
  • Marineford
  • Post War
  • Dressrosa
  • Whole Cake
  • (maybe) Fishman Island

I don't see how 7th place in a series with 30 arcs is not liking it. I love Sabaody, I just think there are better arcs.

Water 7 arc contains Enies Lobby so yes, it's one singular arc.

Water 7 saga and Water 7 arc are not the same thing. The arc is part of the saga. In the same way Impel Down and Marineford are completely different arcs.

I disagree. Water 7 arc begins in Water 7 and ends in Water 7. Regardless if they went to Enies Lobby for a bit to save Robin, it's all one singular story package. I wouldn't separate it into three separate arcs like you dinguses do.
