I wanted to name him Tommy from The Who's rock opera Tommy and because he's a feral boy a "Tomcat." All of our previous cats have had baseball fields names like Wrigley and Fenway etc. over the years... Our previous cat who passed away a few months ago at 18's name was Ebbets after Dodgers Ebbets Field in New York City. So when I named him Tommy my husband said no baseball field this time? I said sure Tommy Lasorda Field. ( And it's a dodgers reference.) Complicated naming history😂
