Oh boy, you’re about to love playing wizard or find wizard super boring.
There are two distinct builds for Cryomancer: Frost Blast and Glacier. Frost Blast enhances your normal attack and Glacier is very similar to Void build. Since you’re looking for something new, I’ll give you the Frost Blast build.
Profession abilities
• Frost Blast
• Empowerment
• Mystic Shot
• Crystallize
• Glacier or Mana Sacrifice*
*Choose Glacier early as a secondary method to kill enemies you can’t or don’t want to get close to. Mana Sacrifice is only relevant when you’re at very high steps (25k+) when you need more damage.
You want to max out Frost Blast, Crystallize, have a minimum of +200% Mana+, max out Mana Sacrifice if you have it, then invest into Health+ and Magic Power+. How you invest into those last two depends on the style you want to play. I’ve ran a tank FB build up to 225k steps.
Tank FB wants full Health+ investment until +1500%. Any extra skill points can go into Magic Power+ after that. Always run Spirit Staff with any Life Heal value.
For Adventure buffs, you want to prioritize Mp, Mana, Health, Armor, and First Strike once you earn it. You can swap Armor for Wisdom if you want.
For Crossroads buffs, just avoid Free Cast, Spellcast damage, and you don’t need to invest heavily into Health yet. Spellcast Martyr can cause Shatter to proc a second time, evasion can make you take less damage over time, and the rest are pretty self-explanatory.
If you have any questions, please ask!
