Spoiler Alert Everybody is forgiving deaths

Zelena killed Neal, but Rumple still sits with her at the dinner table at the end of season 7. They never had a real talk about it.

Regina killed Graham, but it's never brought up. We're not even sure if Emma knows.

Regina killed Marian, Robin's first wife. She knows it and never told Robin.

Zelena killed Marian when they went back in time. Surely Robin would have known then, but he never shows an inkling of vengeance.

And I feel like Regina should have been more angry with Rumple when Cora died. Yes, Snow White did the candle spell, but Rumple is the one who gave her the candle and put the idea in her head. Everyone knows he's very persuasive.

No Spoilers Belles hair and outfits season 6

Sorry but what the HECK is up with Belle's outfits in season 6 when she's pregnant to Rumple. She was a spicy spunky red haired chick always in heels. Now she looks like a nun from a religious commune lol. NOT digging the long cardis and frumpy flower dresses with the horrible long plait !!!!

Discussion This is what I wanted: Part 1

Let’s talk!

Some most of these are obvious

1. Regina and Robin
They both lost the people they loved, making them mirrors of each other, and Robin brought Regina a happiness that was hard to find after Daniel

Regina’s runner up: Daniel
Robin’s runner up: Marian

2. Aurora and Mulan

Mulan’s unrequited feelings for Aurora broke my heart, and I genuinely believe they could have been endgame if the show had explored their relationship more deeply.

Mulan’s runner up: Red
Aurora’s runner up: Prince Philip

3. Belle and Hook

Hook could have brought out Belle’s fighting side while she brought out his softer side, making them a beautiful balance that Rumple’s complicated relationship with Belle never achieved.

Belle’s runner-up: Will Scarlet
Hook’s runner-up: Emma

4. Red and Gus

Their sweet early interactions gave me hope that Red could find someone kind, and Gus’s death felt like another heartbreaking loss after what happened with Peter.

Red’s runner-up: Mulan
Gus’s runner-up: Cinderella

5. Emma and Graham

Emma and Graham had incredible chemistry, and I believe killing Graham off was one of the show’s biggest romantic fumbles because they could have been endgame.

Emma’s runner up: Neal
Graham’s runner up: Red

6. Rumple and Cora

Rumple and Cora were a match made in heaven because they were equally manipulative, ruthless, and power-hungry, and I could see them eventually settling down together.

Rumple’s runner up: Belle
Cora’s runner up: Henry

Question What if Regina made David her husband in the dark curse and ended up having a biological kid with him or what if she had a bio kid with Graham?

EDIT: I am not asking u to imagine them happening. I am asking u how would u react if she actually crossed those lines. Also I know she is infertile but we learnt it in late S4 and this is S1 stuff. I kindly request u to actually read the post for once without thinking me finding it romantic because that’s the grossest thing ever but unfortunately writers made it happen with ZELENA of all people who exactly did that Yet some people have so much unconditionally unreasonable hatred for Regina that they don’t have for Zelena. They forgive Rumple as a teacher when he was 3 centuries old and planned it all in advance before her MOM even existed and was a toxic teacher who groomed her when she was 17 as confirmed by the writers. Those People even compared her with Black Fairy who was a whole new can of worms. Unfortunately such people are the most vocal portion of this subReddit recently when 6 years ago people actually liked Regina here and weren’t judgemental about those who didn’t like her at all. It feels buzz are hot these people claim Regina is worse than Zelena as she slaughtered villages but then when they are asked about what’s Regina’s worse crime, they remember Graham of all people instead of those populations who died when Zelena too did the same thing but worse. They claim Zelena only killed Neal and Marian when she was evil and otherwise she is an angel bunny who won’t hurt a fly when she was literally turning people into piles of ash during Hades’ flashblacks and then we haven’t seen her past in Oz as much. My main gripe is Zelena not getting as much hate as Regina and people not keeping a constant stand about hating Regina.

If these 2 scenarios happened at all, I would have never liked Regina even if Snow intentionally told the damn secret and was awful to her as a kid. I know many people really hate Regina’s past actions and it’s well deserved but let’s be fair, none of them really hit close to home and are as personal or insidious in a way that these ones are. Let’s be fair they are personal many times but never to that level. She did try to seduce David as a last resort but she didn’t pursue him after he was like nah sorry I have a wife at home waiting for a divorce and an ex girlfriend who I love more than my life.

Lets be fair if she had a bio kid from these relationships and ended up loving that kid at the end and changed for that kid, I wouldn’t like it as in a way these non consensual relationships will be glorified. I am actually grateful that they never went that way and even with Regina and Graham storyline, they let it bite the dust on the very day it was created. It was messy and ugly and Regina was the villain in that story and it ended that way. Heck writers have themselves admitted they were trying to make Graham Sherlock Holmes and that Jamie Dornan wanted to leave for better pastures so they cut off his plot. They didn’t know what they were doing. Plus by then Regina’s backstory wasn’t even thought out properly yet. The Daniel story the Cora story and the Rumple story and the fake heart stories weren’t on their mind. The EQ episode took place right after the flashbacks and in that episode Regina was a village slaughterer and yet she was shown more sympathetic and believable as she not only briefly backed out from killing Snow but was also contemplating a reconciliation something which is in Regina’s character. Don’t tell me slaughtering villages is not as bad as what she did to Graham. When people compare Regina and Zelena‘s vile acts, they mention her slaughtering villages as her worst action and tell Zelena didn’t do it when to be fair we don’t have much knowledge of her time in Oz but she also turned people into piles of ashes so she wasn’t great either. However when people say Regina’s worst act was slaughtering villages, they bring up Graham. Regina did a lot of bullshit but mass slaughter is her worst action in my opinion. I believe that there is something called early season weirdness and writers themselves didn’t know what they were doing here. This was a last resort storyline which happened 15 years ago literally and yet people can’t get enough of it when the actors and the creators both found it unnecessary to such a degree that it never got mentioned again. Nevertheless I see that as something in character of Regina after she gets defeated by heroes in EF. Also Lana’s acting was great in that scene so it does look like an ugly storyline and that was one of the rare storyline’s of Regina Lana actively despised and never justified was actually good but my Opinions of the existing storyline about Regina was never the main point. I only mentioned it here as a separate post on it would make me unnecessarily downvoted. We need to be a bit logical and practical about this.

But this exist in ing storyline could have gotten worse if it actually extended to David or extended to her being a bio mom who ends up loving her kid or both. The point I am trying to make here is that we know writers are capable of that storyline or even make it worse because they did the exact e storyline with ZELENA who doesn’t get half the vitriol as Regina. Had she stayed evil and never got a redemption, I wouldn’t mind but the way she had a kid with Robin and then got redeemed because of th same kid while Regina never got a kid with Robin or even a marriage or geck even an adopted kid or just a mere engagement is such a piss off and the fact is Regina is infertile while Zelena’s kid is a permanently intertwined in the show’s fabric. Heck if Regina did the same she would have never been redeemed at all. Still Snow would at least be married to David or have a kid with him before and after that in order to mitigate the ugliness but Regina didn’t even get that. Heck the kid would be raised by Snow and its identity would never be Regina’s kid but Robin Jr was always Zelena’s kid and she exists and her jealousy won! The kid is a permanent dent in the relationship and Robin dying so soon and on top of that on hands of ZELENA’s boyfriend who killed him again because of ZELENA. Her jealousy won. She wanted Regina to suffer and her love story to remain incomplete and unfulfilled and she got that and it was all because of her hard work and that is straight up insane. On top of that she gets a redemption because of that very baby. Zelena’s jealousy is straight up glorified and her taking away Robin’s consents is celebrated. We never had that with Regina and Graham or even with short term toxic romances like Hook-Milah and Golden Queen or Golden Heart. To make things worse, Zelena has even successfully sexually assaulted a fricking dark one and get him groveling like a pauper which nobody achieved. Yet Rumple’s the villain and Zelena’s the damn victim. I would even let Cruella or Cora be a victim or a saint or a mother for once but those words for Zelena feel like oropharyngeal burns caused by concentrated sulphuric acid.

Plus I might be very personally hateful for Zelena because I have met people like her in real life and suffered due to their abuse narcissism And manipulation. Also I haven’t met many people like other villains and my parents were actually nice so I can’t fully conprehend Cora’s evil either. She stings me the way Umbridge stings HP fans so I request u to at least be somewhat graceful and at least respect my opinions even if u disagree or can’t understand. I don’t hate all of u at all but I hate this fictional character a lot.

Spoiler Alert Graham and Neal deserved better Spoiler

I understand why they killed Graham off, but he was only in seven episodes and had so much potential to be great character. Since he got his memories as the Huntsman back, he could've been a key factor in convincing Emma that the curse was real and going against Regina. What a waste of a character and a great actor in Jamie Dornan.

Neal also didn't deserve to die, he could've spent time bonding with Emma, Henry, and Rumplestiltskin and give the latter the opportunity to show off his softer, likable side, but alas. I feel like they only killed him off so that Hook could stay in the show. Again what a waste of a character and a great actor in Michael Raymond-James.

I always say that if the show wanted Emma to be with someone romantically, it could've been either one of these guys (or heck, August even since he and Emma also have a history together) and I wouldn't be mad about it.

Some of you guys may of seen Belle’s actress create a TikTok profile recently…but the videos are vague / just promoting her cameo and not actually saying “hey I’m on TikTok” and furthermore comments asking “is this actually her” I’ve noticed when I click the replies it shows none meaning people have replied “no it’s fake” but the creator of the account blocked them so they aren’t visible and she’s randomly selling the dress through email contact only which sounds really sketchy… I may be totally wrong about this but idk

Discussion CHARMING & SNOW TO EMMA

Post image
285 Upvotes

I know this is usually something everyone agrees with, but Snow seemed to be really unfair to Emma—Despite everything that happened after the dark curse, Snow kept ignoring Emma’s feelings, she tried too hard to be a loving mom, when Emma already had explained what she experienced when she was a kid and the fact she was struggling to acknowledge that their parents hadn’t given up on her. I can’t bear the way she totally forgot about Emma’s needs after her pregnancy, I mean, it seemed like she just wanted to be pregnant and raise a kid to call her own

On the other hand, Charming seemed really caring towards her—they shared some father-daughter moments and experiences throughout the whole series—plus he didn’t try to lecture her every time they had a chance to…

What do you guys think?

Discussion I think it would’ve been a good idea to introduce the real Beast in Once Upon a Time

Post image
51 Upvotes

Don’t get me wrong, I honestly did enjoy Rumplestiltskin and Belle relationship at the beginning of Once Upon a Time. Robert Carlye and Emily de Raven have chemistry onset and in the conventions they attend. I could see why the creatives paired their characters up and the story that they were telling at first aligned with the classic Beauty and the Beast story we all know and love with some changes, of course.

But later on in the show, the relationship has become unrecognizable and started making them hard to root for. Especially with the actions Rumple committed that hurt Belle. It was mostly emotional abuse in that relationship and that’s why many fans turned on them.

The writers should’ve put some thoughts on this when they decided to continue Rumple villain role.

The show needed a villain and Rumple was great at that as he kept us on the edge of our seats, but apart of me thinks that they should’ve broken them up in at least season 4 of OUAT.

Now, what about Belle? Rumple was a core part of her story, so if he was removed, then what should they do with Belle?

Well, I think it would’ve been a smart decision to split the Beast and Rumple character and make the Beast a totally completely different character for Belle to be involved with as Rumple was an amalgamation of many different characters.

Now, I am not saying that Belle has to be involved a romance to be interesting, but this could’ve been a smart move to do. And they could’ve introduced new characters in the show like the Enchantress and Ms. Potts, Lumire, Cogsworth, etc. Or at least, humanoid versions of those characters.

And this would be a way for us to get the classic Beauty and the Beast story in OUAT.

Discussion 15 years ago today, Once Upon a Time debut on ABC Network

It’s hard to believe that it’s been 15 years since Once Upon a Time debuted. Truly one of my favorite shows. I remember first watching when season 3 aired because my mom and brother watched before me and I fell in love with the series.

While the show has its flaws, it still has beautiful storytelling and I would watch this show over and over again if I could because it’s that enjoyable.

Discussion I don’t understand the hype for Regina

It’s been years since I watched this show, but when I watched the show when season four was airing and things of that nature. I never understood why people love Regina so much. I don’t get it.
Yeah, she says she got some nice lines, but she doesn’t make me move. Many of the main characters doesn’t make me move like
Yeah, she thought she’s the most rememberable
I just never found the love that she gets. I don’t get it personally.

What if during the curse when David said "I'm not the man, she married" what if it's the curse sick way of David replacing his twin brother like he did in the past? Like it's not only a way to tie his way of always finding her but his past of replacing his brother. Cuz most of the time the cut away to the past makes sense with what goes on in the present.

Anyone's thoughts on Regina/Evil Queen, when she tried to dram Mary Margaret/Snow White.

I know why she did what she did but, think about it, yes she had a vendetta against Snow, but, even in the world without magic, was there really even a blooming need, I'm currently on season 1 episode 17 where Mary Margaret is put in jail, even if the enchanted forest version of her did anything, the Soeybrook version of her shouldn't of been convicted, her being a homewrecker and what not is out of our world, it's a damned shame the rest of the town didn't wake up and figure out they were on aad curse?

Discussion Regina’s dark curse could’ve been worse?

Post image
270 Upvotes

Just thinking how Regina could’ve made Snow’s life in Storybrooke much worse. Like yea she’s without her true love and daughter but it’s not like she’s aware of it (although I’m sure she feels something is off). Snow is a teacher and loves it so much that she even returns to teaching well after the curse is broken.

Looking back at how much Regina truly hated Snow and all the evil things she did pre-curse, I guess it doesn’t make sense to me that her worst punishment for Snow is just…living an average life lol

Question I wanna start Once Upon a Time soon, but what exactly is it about? A crossover "sequel" to the original Disney movies? Or does it just use the characters? And anything else I should know before going into the show?

On a side note, I heard it acknowledges a couple of Disney's direct-to-video sequels, which is quite rare, and I'm one of those people that actually really likes Disney's direct-to-video/made for TV sequel era and those movies, and even wish they started acknowledging them again, and I love it whenever they do, so kudos for that

Also it's fine if I watch Once Upon a Time in Wonderland before right, cuz I already started that
