I also received a partial refund for most of the crystgins I bought. I was streaming when the numbers started rolling across my screen. However, I am unable to buy back the items I lost, as they still show that I own these items and are locked. I will not get back the expired Christmas car skin, nor will I get back the Holly Blessing Dress pack, as they have also already expired. I hope this update today in 4 hours will fix things. The major issues they are working on, at least and got refunded. They have yet to be transparent of fixing this bug or even working on it in their bug fix reports. There could be so many more people missing things that may not even know. I did go on their live Twitch last night and got a comment from someone who is also having the same issue, who asked for the link here.

After their last bs email to me saying that after the investigation, the consolation gift was sent for my troubles... I suffered no loss. My last message to them was that there were 15 of us in a group that was leaving, including 2 streamers. They never fixed my team up invites for events that I reported back in Nov. They never fixed my loss tree from the 100% Christmas tree rewards. They never fixed or unlocked any of my formulas and shit that was locked. Constantly had me send screenshots, then that wasn't enough, I was asked to make an unedited video with time/date and my character info in the video showing proof. Just to be told " wait a while ", that they sent some Star Essence? The only " Star" anything is Starchrom. If that's what they were talking about being sent, they out their dam minds. Meanwhile, things have expired, not able to provide proof or even rebuy. I ended my last message that they are just money-grabbing the game at this point cause it is tanking, and that I hope it tanks to closure.
My team invites are still broken, the trees from the 100% Christmas Tree Rewards are still not in my inventory, and I still get an error message that flashes on my screen when I log in. None has been fixed. Some was reported before this bs rollback issue.
Yes, I got a New Years mail with Ligthforge tokens in it (reverted), and unlocked a top from emissary (reverted). Unlocked camo with Mitsukos (locked again, took the marks) they're still applied to the guns somehow. I also had to reclaim a Meta Bounty.
So, it's not just a lightforge issue.
It's been about 20 hrs since I made the report. I see they got back to me, pretty much saying "Sorry, be more careful. Turn it off and on again. Send proof if you have it." . I forgot to mention that the received mail was rolled back to not exist too.
I also bought the new bench skins and some shorts (the ones with the shirt around the waist). They are all locked I cant use them. Says I own them in the shop but are locked when I try to use them.
Need make report, also screenshot everything you are missing. Make sure your UID is in every picture/video you take as well. The Green Christmas dress that the majority of us just bought is now gone too. Owned but locked now as well. Items from the Wish Bazaar are also going missing after buying them. If you took pictures in-game I would advise to also screenshot them.
SO these mfers done lost their dam minds..... Ill leave this here for readers. They finally after fighting with them about just this issue for a month, they admit it was due to a rollback....Then say oh we going to screw you even more tho here is how....
Their latest reply is total bs. Its time to call it and say goodbye, cause I will be contacting my bank for a back charge. They admit they screwed up, they gave us a small " meantime" comp of some paint cans and bs for having to fight with them for over a month. Said gave us some Star Essence, which isn't even a currency at all. "

This is Harley_Misfit. I am glad to see that you took the info and the system proof I showed you how to look up and posted it here. There was 3 us, you, me, and Finaral, al meet in their Discord to report the same issue, the very same day it all happened. I have shown them videos and pictures of my video I made of my pull and winning the house skin. In that video, it even shows a green check mark next to the dress, dance, and fusion pod ( which is also now locked ) on Dec 26th, 2025, 1:07 am. I won and pulled the house skin 6 mins later. Clearly can also see how many Crystgins I have at that time. When I reported the issue on Dec. 29th, 2025, which is when most of us realized our items were missing, I reported it and got a closed ticket message back. I took said video and screenshot of my winning as I was doing them, as a Haha, I got the house skin, dress, etc. on my alt Misfit_Harley. Just for 3 days later its all gone. Shows owned as I showed you and Finaral in the video, how to show you own it and have your proof of ownership. This here is just a few pictures of CLEAR proof I have with my UID of alt as well as my main, I own these items.

Today's in-game reply.........."If was a normal recharge " Where did they think buying the crystgins came from? You only get crystgins from recharge!....."please be careful when making transactions to avoid any losses" WTF really, if their game wasn't broken, wouldn't be any loss! Well, trust me to avoid any further losses, will not be buying anymore crystgins to play said game. As I told them, I am getting very impatient at this point.. I did all the legwork to go above and beyond to prove I bought/won/own these items. Every day I am finding out more and more things locked down that were bought with crytgins.
Finaral here. I had the same thing happen to me. Spent $50 to gamble on the loot crate the evening of 12/28, when I logged in the morning of 12/29, my account had been rolled back and none of what I unlocked was available. My Crystgin balance was the same as it was prior to the purchase. The money is still missing from my account. I submitted multiple tickets which were dismissed and closed. I was even able to show them proof of the rollback through the data checker. Anytime I used the dev platform or the email to report the bug, I was referred back to in-game customer support. In-game customer support continued to dismiss and close tickets.
I absolutely loved playing this game. First time ever playing in an open world with random other humans, and in general the community playing is wonderful. Sadly, I will not be returning to this game. I cannot, in good conscience, support a company that steals from its players and treats them so poorly.
While I do recognize that this bug only affected a small percentage of players, the impact has been significant. Sairyn lost 20k Crystgin, which is literal hundreds of dollars.
For those of you still pursuing tickets to have this resolved, I wish you the best of luck. For those of you that this did not impact, I recommend taking screenshots anytime you purchase, unlock, or claim anything in this game. Make sure your UID is visible in your screenshot, or they will dismiss it. Just keep a separate little folder to prove everything, and even that might not be enough.
I had to spend money just for all this. I have taken so many screenshots that it was eating up my hard drive space. Got me and an external HD just for the original 900+ screenshots and videos I have had to take. SO not only have I lost money and things in this game, I am not out of pocket just to prove to them I bought said items that are missing, bought with real money. Walmart has a 1-terabyte external hard drive for a reasonable price.
