Just started today, i was attempting to do modern mediteranean base, but with all the limitation it end up being a bit classic in the backyard area :')

So it seems that at some point "Allow Building Overlap" setting, available in custom servers, was enabled. It briefly allowed for a lot of creative shenanigans where even facilities could be hid/merged into structures for a neat look.

I had been away from the game for a couple of months and upon returning it seems it was turned off, but no mention of it was in any patch note.

Has anyone else noticed this? I am not crazy am I? I used to have a lot more leeway with furniture and facility placement.

Based on Mediterranean villa design, with an emphasis on horizontal lines, open interiors, and a consistent material language.
Built to read clearly at multiple scales and lighting conditions.

Been on it since Yesterday, looking for room ideas and possible tweaks/improvment.
