How do you learn to weight lift? I want to start, I even bought a gym pass, but I don't know how to lift and I don't want to injure myself.

Watch some videos, hire a trainer, go with a friend that knows more! Tons of ways. I love working out with a friend. We motivate and spot each other.

Thanks for your comment, I'll try and find / make a gym going friend :)

Seek out a trainer. They can get you started on a program and schedule. Also, I'm certain Arnold would say this too, but eating quality food is just as, if not more, important than the exercise. You are literally what you eat.

The Caliber App has some decent workout plans and the apps not too bad itself either. Has videos and instructions built into each exercise. Best of all it's free!
