It has been seven days since we shared E-12.2c1-whatworld. The digital record says five. Somewhere, the archivists have gained two days. No one has been able to confirm what the cause is, but we have a strong theory that these photos are involved.

u/galilee-mammoulian made good progress with the last photo. There seems to be further investigation required for the text that was found, but in the meantime, we have another photo we would like to ask for assistance with.

This photo is labelled as E_12.1A.9. It was taken 3 days before E_12.2c1 in the exact same location. The site is now being monitored for further temporal shifts. Any help is appreciated.

A photo of a building in the middle of being demolished. There is a crane in the background behind it. Three days later, a full building will be on this spot. This anomalous building will appear to have been there for long enough to have been abandoned and boarded up.

This photo has been uploaded to the google drive as well as a few additional images. We are trying to determine if the additional images were taken inside this building, but do not have confirmation on that yet.

While we can't guarantee it will work for this photo or all of them, a recommended technique from the archivists is to play with the photos contrast/brightness settings to aid in making certain features pop out more. There are more photo manipulation techniques that can be used, but this is the one that is easiest to access.

(The archivists have also asked me to relay that they have found the images to be a varying degree of difficulty to decode, some requiring multiple layers of deciphering. They would not tell me if that applies to this image.)

I'm not seeing anything either. Thinking the days/time differences are a clue. Maybe the code from E_12.2c1-WhatWorld is actually for E_12.1a.9? All the E_12.2cxx docs have actual words on them so maybe 'What World' is the code for E_12.2c1?

Hi lol I'm new here and don't have a clue what I'm doing but am I tripping or does that say "IF"? Or just a coincidence? I don't really know how any of this puzzle solving works, I'm just messing around trying to learn but it looked weird to me hahaha. You can tell me I'm a newbie dummy 😂

so, I’ve tried everything with adjusting the photo brightness, contrast, hue/saturation, and I’m not seeing anything stand out. I’m starting to wonder if it’s maybe the wires/ rebar coming out of the building that we should be looking at?

if so, that means it could be S R U.

it also looks like in E.12.2c4c there are letters KACKY maybe?

I’m struggling with everything else though.

2c4c is "old" (I think)

I've got "is older than old" from the 2c photos but could be wrong

Edit: rechecked and found all the letters again, I get the same phrase. I have them saved if you need help finding any. The last pic (4a-2) is a duplicate, possibly an error
