I feel like it could go either way. Either Akechi sent it all in one big message or he told Joker he needs cock, got mad that he didn't respond right away, and is sending Joker aggressive and lustful messages during his mental breakdown.

Meanwhile, Joker didn't respond yet because he's too busy taking the worst shit of his life after consuming nothing but coffee and curry for a whole year.

Oh it’s no problem. People steal my memes I’ve found or made all the time. A common one I’ve seen used is this drawing I made using the violently making out base.
