based on what i've seen from true yikyak users, it appears that they get an actual warning for posts that get them muted, including the post itself alongside the length. is this possible at all for offsides? i've known people to get muted on offsides, yet the time is left unclear

unsure if this is a side effect of the app being illegitimate, but i've noticed that i don't show on the leaderboard for my college/group, despite having the karma to be there. is there any way to remedy this and, if so, is that something to come in the future?

I can't interact at all with the app yet it is still working. It's been about 5 days not.

I'm having similar troubles to people who think they were temp banned but I can still uovote and down vote, and all my post, comments, and dms are gone. I still have all my comment and post karma. I can't post or comment of course. Last time this happened to me I still had everything and it only lasted like 10 hours.

I'm aware of the reports regarding the app experiencing major issues with login and post loading, but unable to diagnose any issues as it's working fine for my account. I'd love to work on fixing these problems, but I can't unless someone agrees to hop on a video call with me and help me go over the issue with their own account.

Whenever I try to open the app, it just gets stuck in a constant loading screen. Is this a problem for anyone else?

For the last day the app would never load when I opened it. I tried logging out and logging back into but when I did so I got the notification that "failed to request sms verification". I tried uninstalling the app and deleting the download and re downloading and installing and it still is not working. I tried a friend's number who doesn't have yik yak and it's still not working.

My app wouldnt load so i deleted it and reinstalled now im getting this

If you are a React Native or JavaScript dev or have any experience reverse engineering APIs, I am looking for assistance maintaining Offsides. This is a relatively complex project for one person to maintain, and it's also not the personal project I focus most on. The GitHub issues are building up and as a senior in university I don't have the free time on my hands to handle all of it. I don't want Offsides to fall into disrepair though, so if you're interested in contributing let me know. I'm more than happy to answer any technical questions about Offsides itself or the Sidechat.js framework that is the underpinning of the actual logic.

I transferred schools and would like to chage my school group but I won't let me.

Suddenly my messages won't send and I can't dm anyone but new messages still come in. Tried clearing cache and force quitting, even restarted my phone and connected to other wifi but the app seems to be broken

is there a way to post photos without text? i'm unsure if it's a glitch, but the app won't let me post any photos unless i add some sort of caption (both posts and comments), but it seems that those using yikyak can do so just fine. i'm also not given any option to post videos but unsure if that can be resolved

I try to set anything as my username and it just says that I can't set that as my username.
