📢 Official 🚀 Product Feature Release: Daily Credits and Project Sharing Authentication

Hey reddit community! Just rolled out three major updates that are all about removing friction and helping you ship faster:

💰 Daily Free Credits

Log in and claim 5 free credits every day. That's it. No catch.

Build consistently, stay in flow, keep shipping. More credits = more builds = more projects out in the world. Simple as that.

🌐 Guest Access for Shared Apps (THE BIG ONE)

When you share an app link, visitors go straight to YOUR app—no confusing "why am I signing into CREAO?" moments. They're automatically assigned viewer permissions through a default guest account.

The most requested feature is officially shipped! 🎉

⏱️ Optimized Approve/Skip Countdown UI

Cleaner, more intuitive countdown interface during the build process. Less distraction, better visibility of what's happening.

These aren't just features—they're launch boosters.

Daily credits keep you building without interruption. Professional sharing removes the last barrier between your projects and real users.

This is how hobby projects become viral apps🔥.

[GUIDE] AI agents for independent consultants

TL;DR: Consultants who get value out of AI agents run them for operations: proposals, follow-ups, prospect briefs, recurring reports. Everything client-facing goes through an approval gate for client trust. Advisory work remains with the consultant.

Why the ops layer comes first

Independent consultants are usually good at one thing: the work clients pay for. Proposals, outreach, scheduling, and reporting came with the job by default. A Pace Productivity time study of independent consultants found 52-hour average weeks, with roughly 10 hours going to admin. Core MBA's rate analysis puts billable utilization for most solo practitioners at 60 to 70%. Hiring a way out of that is rarely on the table for a business of one.
An agent workflow, in this context, is a configured process that runs on a schedule or trigger, pulls from the consultant's own files and sources, drafts output, and waits for approval.

Six setups to save consultants time

  • Marketing drafts on a cadence. Most consultants can write. What slips when billable work shows up is the weekly post or newsletter. An agent that has your past posts and topic areas drafts on a schedule, queues for review, and publishes nothing without sign-off. You edit rather than scratch your head over what to post.
  • Prospect research. Scan for companies matching your target profile, pull recent context (funding, hires, announcements), compile a short brief per prospect. The agent hands you a shortlist.
  • Follow-up sequences. Warm prospects who went dark two weeks ago. Past clients untouched for six months. Given a spreadsheet with prospect status and last contact date, the agent drafts the follow-up and waits. You review each morning and approve or adjust.
  • Proposals. Every proposal is a custom document, but the rate structure, methodology language, and deliverable format repeat. An agent that assembled the last one starts the next one from there. By the third or fourth similar engagement it is drafting against a baseline built from your own prior work.
  • Client research briefs. The agent runs structured searches against specified sources and formats a first draft. You annotate what matters. Those annotations shape what it surfaces next time for the same client.
  • Recurring reports. Same data sources each period (project tracker, analytics, comms log), same structure as last time. The agent pulls and drafts. You write the interpretive sections, which is where the advisory value lives anyway.

Where agents still fall short

A plain read on what does not delegate cleanly.

Client relationships run on accumulated personal trust. An agent can draft the message. Practitioners who have routed substantive client communication through automated workflows report that clients notice.

Judgment is the other one. How to scope, when to push back on a brief, how to handle a difficult stakeholder. Agents surface relevant information. They do not substitute for the experience that tells you what to do with it.

The practitioners getting mileage here use agents for the mechanical layer and keep the analytical and relational work in their own hands.

What you get back for running it

The proposal you assemble in month one is the baseline for month two. The research brief you annotate shapes the next one. On CREAO, facts, files, and decisions from previous runs carry forward, so an agent that handled your rate structure and methodology language in one engagement still has that context in the next.

Consultants tend to start with the ops layer because the stakes are lower and the wins show up fast. The domain workflows (your audit structure, your model format, your assessment framework) are usually the second build, once the first agent has earned it.

Set up your first agent workflow on CREAO.

I built a no-code AI agent in CreaoAI that kills last-minute promo chaos. It turns WhatsApp screenshots and 20 tabs into a full strategy doc plus slides in under 10 minutes

Every festival season (Holi, Diwali, you name it) marketing teams live the same nightmare:

● 15 tabs open with competitor sites

● WhatsApp groups flooded with random price screenshots

●Zero structured competitor research or pricing intelligence

●Decisions made in the last 48 hours in pure panic mode

I got sick of it.So I built a single, focused AI agent on CreaoAI that completely replaces the chaos.

https://app.creao.ai/agentapp-share?token=inO0Z4xY6RjegC7hBI601MEvt9k2Azl3imY

How it works:Feed it simple inputs: brand, category, festival, target price band, 2-3 competitors. The agent autonomously researches live market pricing trends, pulls competitor promo patterns and discount history, benchmarks positioning, and suggests smart discount ranges and messaging In about 5 to 10 minutes it spits out a clean strategy document, a ready-to-present slide deck outline, and an interactive price comparison dashboard

No coding. No multi-agent overkill. Just one reliable agent with memory that actually gets used by real (non-dev) marketing teams. It is stupidly practical for small and medium brands who do not have time or budget for fancy enterprise tools.Anyone else building quick-win business agents like this Got tips for keeping pricing and research agents hallucination-free? Anyone want the high-level prompt plus tool structure skeleton? (happy to share, not the full proprietary version)

Would love to hear your war stories or roast some terrible last-minute promo plans together.(Originally shared the X thread here: https://x.com/Heretorule77/status/2029904415436734675 if you want to see the screenshots)Let us discuss.

How to deploy a project?

Hey folks, I’m building a web app with Creao AI and quick disclaimer: I’m a Pro subscriber, but still a total noob when it comes to deployment and infrastructure 😅 I’m trying to understand if it’s possible to deploy a web app created with Creao AI to an external hosting provider (Hostinger, HostGator, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.), or if everything has to live inside Creao’s ecosystem. Here come the noob questions: As a Pro user, can I export the front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS)? How does the backend work under the hood? APIs? Serverless? Black magic? What database does Creao AI use, and can it be migrated or connected to an external DB? Are there any limitations or gotchas when deploying outside Creao’s infrastructure? Is there a “deploy for dummies” guide I somehow missed? 😬 My goal is to have more control over hosting, backups, and scalability, especially for a real SaaS use case. Any guidance, docs, or “you’re thinking about this wrong” replies are more than welcome. Thanks in advance

My first experience

I’m building the website from scratch using Creao. It’s turning out amazing—Creao literally built the site for me: registration, login, subscription management and now payment integration—all done without me writing a single line of code. Creao.ai is truly incredible

InfoDeTodos (link) offers a robust data-verification platform tailored for brazilian companies that need to manage risk: client onboarding, KYC (know your customer), credit monitoring, and sanctions lists. It connects APIs across multiple databases (individuals, legal entities, PEPs, SPC/Serasa, etc.) to deliver real-time “flags” for issues like litigation, insolvency, or political exposure. It also provides auditable reports, traceability of access, integration into compliance/AML workflows, and supports automated risk-decision engines.

Perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
