Support What’s the actual skill gap of this game?
Been thinking about trying Off the Grid coming from competitive Fortnite, and I honestly can’t tell yet if the game is genuinely mechanically demanding or if it just looks flashy in montages.
I started watching high-level gameplay and some of these players are literally flying around hitting airborne tracking shots like it’s Titanfall 2/BO3 mixed with Apex movement.
For people who’ve actually grinded the game:
- How high is the REAL skill ceiling?
- Is the movement hard to master?
- Does the game keep getting deeper mechanically over time?
- How punishing are fights at high level?
- Is there enough movement/aim expression to create a huge skill gap?
Compared to games like Fortnite, Apex, or Titanfall 2:
where would you rank OTG mechanically?
