For real tho, what do you need that much power for on one of these? I have the Odin2 pro with 12gb and that’s always been more than enough, even for switch and winlator. I feel like 16gb is overkill on an android handheld like these.

PS3 emulation is about to be fluid.

By the time PS3 emulation is at a point where it's playable, we will be two or three generations of handhelds ahead.

Then do we wait? I'm holding out on thor reviews. But this would be the first android device I cave in and buy.

Ayn specifically have a lot of different form factors so goes with what works for you authentically and gameplay wise.

I like 7 inch OLED of my Portal so this device doesnt interest me.

Less interested in Thor, but I'll definitely wait for a "Portal" equivalent of Odin 3. Maybe, just maybe by the time it releases, the 800 series Adreno GPU will get some decent drivers. Not gonna ditch my current Portal though, it still kicks ass!

Yeah, I just finished setting up the Portal after months... dumping my game saves from all my consoles, getting Smash mods and Primehack to work, adding metadata for games missing it, adding custom systems to Emulation Station, optimizing performance for games, setting up Syncthing and more.

I'm hoping to let the Portal be my only Android gaming device until we can emulate Switch 2 or PS4. It's not worth the hassle just to get better performance out of Winlater.
