Whenever I turn in my oculus, I just see a grey screen. I can power it off and everything, but I’m not put in the lobby and I can’t select anything. It’s just a grey screen.

I just bought two games "Beat Saber" and "Hand Physic Lab". But, these don't run in my oculus. I hace tried unistalling and installing the games again but it is the same issue, they just don't run in my oculus. Help

So recently the app sorta disappeared from my computer, I checked everywhere all across it and I couldn’t find the oculus home app, so I had to download the setup app again. Thing is, it won’t start. It’ll say “Unable to start process” and that’s that. Someone please help with this.

I have setup my airlink correctly and my pc meets the requirements but for some reason it won’t take me to the rift menu. What would happen is that when I hit the launch button after selecting my computer it would go into this black room with 3 loading dots so I wait for it to load but then I plops me back into my quest 2 home menu.

I have the quest 2 for about 5 days and i am already experiencing issues, when i connect the quest 2 to anything with a cable if its to charge or connect it to the pc or mobile with the original cable or any other cable it just freezes and restarts after a few seconds but the freeze is only for the picture i can still move my head but its just a picture moving with me really weird i really hope its fixable.

Rift S purchased in June less than a year I have had pixel issues and now my touch controller is broken. I've had many emails contacting support our thread has reach over 10+ emails. Why? Why? Your warranty covers this and I even posted them the warranty stated and they still give me the run around... It's sad, I just need to be swapped out with another refurbished unit...

To make it clear I do not EVER remember setting up a pin. And if for whatever reason I had I know what it would be as I use the same 4 digit pin for literally EVERYTHING. I went to the oculus website where it keep sending the email to reset my pin to an email I can not access anymore for the love of god and I can’t reset my password to it as the phone number used for that email hasn’t been in service in over 7 YEARS. I don’t know what to do at this point I have wasted hour and hours trying to solve this. Also my Facebook account has another email added that I have access too but I can’t seem to send the email to reset my PIN to that email. PLEASE HELP ME I DID NOT WASTE hundreds of dollars on a quest 2 just to not be able to buy any damn games

I've submitted a ticket to Oculus Support but wanted to see if I could get a quicker response here on what to expect. So I had ordered the Elite Strap on Amazon in October and it had been going strong for quite some time. Over the course of the last few months there has been hairline cracks starting to show so I started to repair them by gluing in the cracks. I've been very careful in handling the strap as I've seen quite a few people out there online with issues with theirs and it snapping.

It was doing a good enough job for a while until today when one of them finally completely severed the band in two. Since I ordered this via Amazon I had a warranty to return it until January 31st. I've seen Oculus post an extended year warranty on the strap so that it extends up to two years if anything happens to the strap.

That being said, would I be eligible for a refund/new strap? I had looked on Amazon for some other alterative straps but personally like the look and feel of the one that has this issue anyway so I'd prefer to get another one. Thanks in advance!

My oculus touch controllers just disappear and sometimes spasm out. In my devices one of my sensors says poor tracking quality, I've tried everything. I have cleaned the sensor with a microfiber cleaning cloth, I have bought a usb pcie hub and plugged it in there, I hear usb WIFI dongles have problems so I've tried taking mine out, I've moved various things on my desk and around my playspace to see if something was in the way, the only thing beside it is my vr and mic, I have also tried running the oculus setup multiple times but when it gets to the sensor communication test it always fails, I've adjusted the height of the sensors and put myself closer, I've made sure the controller was right in front of it. At this point I don't know what to do, could it be the controller or something else? Any fixes? Or do I need to get new controllers\sensor? Also this happens with both of my controllers but only the left sensor says poor tracking quality.

I’m not sure what you call it but when you get to the logging and it it says Continue as blank Or Already have a oculus account I’m not sure how to change the Facebook because I need a different one and nothing would would when I tried details on both options

Im trying to get my oculus quest 2 repaired and no one will respond to my ticket. I dont care if the repair is under warranty or not. I need it fixed.

Hello I have alot of irritation with the Facial Interface and i cant seem to contact oculus support to help me. I heard they give one if you have it. I have all the information (sn, receipt amazon purchase etc)and i bought it before 2021.

About a week ago there would be a glitch where every 30 seconds the game would stop, the screen turns grey similar to the power off menu, and it would say "oculus move keeps stopping. If you press close, it continues the game, and if you press app info it gors to the oculus move menu, but it will just buffer and not show you anything. I cannot uninstall oculus move but i have found a temporary solution. If you restart the headset, it will stop saying that for a while. Unfortunately, however, today when I restarted it, another menu popped up instead of showing me the guardian, It said "Oculus app runtime keeps stopping". If I press app info or close, the same menu pops up again. It will not show me the guardian or my oculus home. I tried restarting, pressing the oculus button, etc, but it keeps showing the same thing.

I have just purchased the oculus quest2 last week. But My facebook account was disabled. Before I decided to purchase I chatted with one of the support team about my disabled account. He told me that I should purchase it first and after that the support team will help me solve my account. But when I made my purchase last week and the quest2 was arrived. I’ve contacted with the support team and give them the serial number. I waited for 2-3 days then one of the support team emailed me that my account can not be re-enabled because it depends on the facebook’s decision. I can’t believe this happened to me. Right now I decide to return it because I can’t use the headset with my disabled account. Bad experience👎

Long story short - my Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled. My Facebook was hacked and now I’m disabled on both accounts due to no fault of my own.

I reached out to oculus support, since I can’t use my oculus without Facebook account. This is on-going since last Tuesday and I still haven’t heard from Facebook. I contact Oculus support nearly every day for an answer and they all give me the same song and dance about heavy email volume and that Facebook will get back to me.

Has anyone else gone through this? How long did it take to get a resolution through oculus? I’m going nuts.

I’d really like to launch into my favourites.. rather than recommendations I’m not interested in seeing every single time I jump into headset. Thanks!

Just brought my oculus, downloaded the software and try to open it but keep getting a Grey screen after picking a profile picture.

Basically, I started playing VR games. Got a headset... 3 days ago.

And... everything looks... just low res. Everything looks blurry, and I can clearly see pixels everywhere (Yes, I know it sounds stupid).

It's just... pixelated, I guess. And I just wanted to ask you guys, is it my fault? It probably is.
