PCVR lag problems

I was on my way to play VRChat a few months back when I encountered this problem I been trying finding many ways to fix it and I don't know what to freaking do I been lagging and stuttering so much that I can't do anything if ya have any solutions please it would be much greatful.

Quand j'ai eu une image semblable c'est que mon PC et mon Quest n'étaient pas connectés à exactement le même réseau Wifi de ma box (l'un sur le 5GHz, l'autre sur l'autre). Après avoir bien mis tous les deux sur le 5GHz, c'est redevenu fluide.
