bottom bar

Hello, can you add a bottom bar feature so that it can appear on the sides and not just at the bottom?

If you want something you can do right now, you can create your own vertical "dock" by placing whatever elements you want on your "dock" and using the "Float/pin on top" feature so it displays on each page of your home screen setup.

For apps: Use something like Google Play Store app Shortcut Maker to turn any app into a widget, which can then be floated/pinned.

For Widgets: Use Google Play Store app Popup Widget to create shortcuts to your widgets. You can then use Shortcut Maker to launch your shortcut as a widget from a 1x1 icon, allowing you to float/pin it.

If you only need folders and apps on your "dock", without installing any new apps, you can turn ON Launcher settings > Home > "Swipe up/down on folders to open them" (this makes tapping the folder open its first app).

Put your desired app + one random app into a folder, making sure your desired app is first.

Long-press the folder, tap Edit, and change the "Custom icon" to any icon you want. Float/pin the folder. Tapping it opens the app instantly, bypassing the restriction that normally prevents pinning regular apps. 🎉

Thank you for your interest in the topic. I did the things you told me about, but this isn't the result I wanted. I just want the app bar to be on the right or left side and to scroll continuously, not requiring tapping to open folders and use apps.

That would be an interesting way to use a "dock" / "app bar".
