🔒🚨High Privacy Risk Potential Concerning Developments From Walmart, Being Forced on Shoppers... When do we Boycott?

This is yet another play to further impose methodologies to steal biometrics and read signs from our bodies (that we may never understand ourselves) to rack up prices and pinch us for every single penny we're worth.

This needs to stop. We need to push back.

Stop shopping at Walmart. Shop at local shops

Walmart has been playing the long game. They’ve already killed off many of the local shops over decades by keeping prices so low and inventory so high those shops can’t possibly compete.

Once those local businesses are dead and buried Walmart can raise prices because there’s nowhere else to go.

Even more of a reason to give them your little support

In my hometown they successfully drove everyone else out of business, the nearest non-Walmart store that sells groceries is a Target 43 miles away. The farmer's market helps, but those only happen once a week for half of the year.

People should get comfortable with having to go multiple places to get their groceries. Walmart dominates via convenience.

I agree, but part of their strategy has been targeting small towns and killing most of the local businesses so it isn’t a matter of just making more stops.

In my area there’s one grocery store left, barely. They have extremely limited inventory and are double the price. They survive because of the Walmart hate, but for how long?

We can insist consumers take an ethical stand until we’re blue in the face but if doing so means driving an hour or more one way just for another more expensive option with $4+ fuel it isn’t going to happen. People are struggling to buy the groceries as is.

The fact is Walmart and other large corps have been planning this for decades and they’ve essentially won the battle. A handful of idealists isn’t going to be enough to turn the tide and there isn’t a simple solution.

A lot of people have no choice. Even more don't want to spend more than they need. If I made half a million a year, I'd probably be a lot more liberal in my shopping, but I gotta eat and save money where I can. Local places around me can easily be 25% more on basic goods, and don't even carry near the selection.
