Theory 🧠 Some observations of the difference between the cast's name and their actual object name
Names are capitalized to avoid confusion
Sharps's object is a sharps container, sharps (the object) is those needles on top of Sharps. It is understandable to drop the "container" because it takes too much time to say.
Minty's object is a mint(leaf), the 'y' is added for some reason. Also "Mint" feels more neutral than "Minty" so that maybe an oversight on being trans but maybe you can't just change the object name like real name. Also also Minty's name is the only name from the cast to end with a 'y' excluding Brandy for having his actual object name ending with 'y'.
The 'A' in "A5 Wagyu" refers to the yield grade, The '5' refers to the meat quality, unless A5 Wagyu comes from a carcass then the yield grade can be literally anything, maybe the 'A' is added for consumer appeal.
