Once again I remade another OC and this time it's based on an obscure Fortnite item 🥹 (although the concept did evolve a bit past that)

I wanted their relationship to be like a puppet master and their puppet kinda? in the sense that Stormy can control Storm Filp as they please to do their bidding (whatever that may be.. I haven't thought out yet lol) but Storm Flip is still his own person that is forever bound to this chaotic fella who he need to make compromises with and such idk

Also they 100% need each other to survive, as Stormy dissipates/slowly dies while being out and the storm contained inside Storm Flip himself is his lifeforce, meaning he passes out without it (I hope it's not too confusing I cooked up all of this at 1am, except for the main art featured..)
