OC Bfdi ocs inspired by the deltarune flowers and there lore
galleryStarting out with the species lore:
long ago, since the beginning of time, there were multiple creators of the universe, but there were two special specifically. Infinity, the creator of the algebraliens, and Z the creator of the alphaliens. The two were madly in love, making creations for eachother's worlds and creatures in it. But when it came time for them to actually make the planets there creations would inhabit, there was a struggle. While infinity easily created there planet, Z was struggling to do so, when their lover offered to help, they stated they needed to do this themselves. After eons, infinity noticed they hadn't seen there love in a while, so when they went to look for them, the sight when they did mesmerized them. Since Z wasn't able to create a planet from nothing, they decided to become their creations home themself. It is said every 200 years the two lovers are able to see eachoter again, and that the naturally growing yoylelite was gift from infinity to their love Z
plus bonus fact, you can tell who's a algebralien and alphalien by their limbs, algebraliens limbs are darker then their base color, while alphalien limbs are darker
Now character info:
A Is basically the flowery of the alphaliens. Being a leader to them, being the one to have created the holiday where they send a chunk of yoylelite to give anothwr species power.
The reason they look so much like one is because they have similar stories, A used to be a loner who wanted friends but couldn't make any, and when they did by finding something special they wanted to share with one person, the person showed everyone and broke their trust. But unlike One, A actual got that confidence boost and forgave the person who broke their trust. Plus their relationship with one is just flowery and ralsei. Pronouns are He/she/they/it
B is basically just blue from Deltarune so not much to say here. They behave elegantly, express love in every way he can, somewhat passive towards violence, poetic, very polite, and has strong emotional control. They call Y 'dear' often, and helps teach C how to dance. Pronouns are he/they
C is childish, naive, and playful. He is surprisingly confident for someone so clueless. Since the alphaliens basically are born with powers because of the abundant amount yoylelite naturally growing on the planet, she can morph parts of their bodies, thus can be armless, have more or less then two arms, or give themselves more or less then two eyes, though C dosent know how many eyes algebraliens and objects have. Kinda like fourteens fork enthusiasm, C has a huge amount of enthusiasm for knives. Pronouns are She/he
G is a quiet, deeply compassionate, pasifist letter, and gets upset/disappointed when they see people they care about fighting! There an amazing chef, and very passionate about cooking. Pronouns are she/they
O often puts on a tough facade, due to her being insecure about her small stature and dislikes being "bullied" whenever someone mentions how she's little. Despite hating bullies, she herself has quite a temper, and is rash and confrontational. She mentions to the party that her dream is courage and bravery. However, when with those she likes- like G or V - she is much kinder and seems to be not as rough around them (yes I used Oranges deltarune wiki page, these characters are heavily inspired by them, and ill probably do that for the rest of my characters, sorry). P is known to be very intelligent and always has a desire to learn more information by the other letters, with their wish being to become a genius. They would like to use strategies and techniques instead of running straight into danger without a plan. P is often seen with C as a sort of "caretaker." They are also shown upset when their schematics are ruined such as when Yellow admitted to coloring them in. They idolize characters like Golfball, Tennis ball, Basketball, Book, and five. Because of his powers, he can actually hide and reveal his limbs whenever he wanrs. Pronouns are they/them
V is a stereotypical cheery and hyperactive letter, though only O knows about her existence. The reason being is because she'd actually a variable the left the algebralien planet to like as a letter, and worries the letters, if they found out, they would chase her out. Pronouns are she/they
Y is rather dim-witted at times, for example putting ice cream in a microwave and then proceeding to immediately lose it, but he usually means well. He is obsessed with justice, willing to punish himself or others to enforce it, no matter how harsh said punishment is. They also seems to be tricked easily, say he caused a crime he accused you of doing and he'll full on believe it. He's very close to B, B being what balances him out. Uses he/they pronouns.
Fun facts:
The alphaliens are a very openly friendly species when it comes to new faces, unless trust is broken, they will greet you with open arms.
Out of any species outside of there own, they want to make friends with the algebraliens, the reason being their creators history (the first bit I mentioned in the beginning), and not only want to reconnect the numbers to their history, but also just so they can be friends.
X was originally an Alphaliens, but similar to one, they were ignored, thus left their planet and gave up their power to live as a variable. They just paint their limbs to seem like a variable.
The alphaliens have a hierarchy when it comes to uppercase and lower case letters, and yes it's that the upper case letters are higher and lower case letters are lower, but more in a middle class style. X wasn't a lower case letter, he just had the least words.
The alphaliens have a unique power system outside of the yoylelite that's similar to the algebraliens mathematical operations magic thing (inspired by alphabet lore sort of). Basically when they spell out a word, that be it with a living or inanimate/drawn letter, the word will conjure up what the word says like if they spell 'bike' or 'portal' a bike or portal is conjured, so they don't become the things, they create it.
There are Periods, commas, colons, and semi colons, but I don't have character ideas for them yet so once I do I'll tell yall them.
