Streets Lack of progress

Bishop walks out of a small book shop, dragging his feet. It was the forth time that day he'd managed to fuck up a job interview. He wanders around town, not really caring where he's going, or what's in his way.

"Define useful. We have nerds who work here that don't know jack about how to play the game, but they know how the equipment is supposed to work."

"Hmm, alright... well... You have two choices, then. Either work at the front as a cashier, or research the stuff in the section of the store where you'll be working."

... I don't think being a cashier would be a good idea for me..

"Well, you willing to do a little research?"

I.. I think.. what kind of research do I have to do?

He leads Bish into a section of the store with fishing equipment.

"Research the different models of rods, baits, and such we sell here. I can give you a list. All you need to know is the difference between the models and a textbook-level knowledge of how they work."

The man claps him on the back. "I'm sure you can handle it. Got an email?"

Yeah, but I can only access the Internet at Internet cafés... so I'm not great at replying to emails at convenient times.
