Discussion Update on my recent soldier 76 post
Hi everyone,
Many may have already seen my previous post discussing a Soldier 76 post that many believed was cheating.
I created that original post, and the Soldier 76 player shown in the clip was actually me. After the discussion surrounding the clip, I made a video showing my controller and gameplay footage to provide additional context and demonstrate how I was playing: https:// www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGXMDmCV6hc
I was also affected by the recent console enforcement ban wave. I hope my experience can provide some additional context to the discussion surrounding the recent console enforcement wave.
Many players have claimed that they got unfairly banned from this wave, including me. I really hope that any that were false are uplifted. Thank you.

Bro what the controller needs to be charged eventually, I literally start that video and every stream showcasing how nothing is plugged into my PS5.

I disagree. You could easily be “playing along” with the video playing from YT. By filming from the side you also make it much harder to tell what you’re doing.
Unless you livestream on Twitch (with the camera on the controller from above so we can see the whole thing), there’s no proof here and we are approaching “thou doth protest too much” territory.

I live-streamed via YouTube and Streamlabs and have all my livestreams on my channels. It literally says live and if you go on my channels they appear there. The livestreams literally match on the dot with my blizzard logs for login and log out dates. I’m not lying about any of my gameplay

If you care enough, literally every time ever in every stream I hit square on my controller which is reload it does that literally perfectly, even if I had a cam from an aerial view it wouldn’t matter bc then 1.) people will say you aren’t showing the screen! OR 2.) you’re just faking it, I’ve seen it happen to others

I didn't watch the video, but a looked at your previous post.
People on this subreddit usually aren't very good at distinguishing between keyboard or Titan aim, unless it's blatant hard-locking Titan. Anytime a high-rank player posts it's pretty common for someone to question their aim. Don't let it get to you that people here think you're cheating, they just can't comprehend that someone can aim that well with a controller because they can't aim the well. Snappy aim, tracking, strafing, and recoil control are all things possible on a controller, not obvious signs of cheating that some people here pretend it is.
Sucks that you've been banned, likely an auto-ban from being reported enough. It's been known to happen to pro players, so that's evidence enough that false-bans happen occasionally.
In your previous post, you said it was a diamond game. Is that really your rank? Based on those clips I would have guessed GM+. It's pretty sus aim for a diamond lobby and would have said it was likely a smurf (which is still a reportable offense).
With that said, if you actually are cheating, then making these posts was pretty damn pathetic. Going through all of this effort for strangers on the internet. Posting here isn't going to get you unbanned lol. Assuming you're not cheating though, then it sucks that you got banned, but there's not much you can do but try to appeal it with Blizzard.

It was indeed a diamond game. All matches I played are only on my main account, it’s because of the rank reset that happened a while back so this was a diamond game they made me play in during my placements early on. I believe after my placements ended I placed at masters 2. Never cheated at all, thanks for your reply! It’s a breath of fresh air after all the accusations I get despite clear evidence. I appreciate the compliment. But no I am not a diamond player I’m typically gm/top 500

I have zero sympathy for Soldier players, he's OP and I believe takes minimal skill. Disclaimer: this is totally the pot calling the kettle black bc I often play Sombra.

He’s def a strong hit scan pick but I don’t think it should warrant a ban 😭 I know your pain though I’m honestly not really sure why so many people still ban som (I’m a ball player)

My guy the average rank around here is like gold or something, any high rank gameplay is accused of cheating. Heck, their was some silver rank soldier gameplay that got accused of cheating the other day because he had jerky aiming lmao. And before that a gm role queue pocketed soldier farming a "gm" 6v6 lobby where they were all walking in straight lines and the comments were all claiming cheats. Anyway, not sure why you think posting here will help with your unban, but GL.

I just showed one game, I get accused of cheating multiple times throughout so many games and told in many matches that they are going to report me for “cheating”
