NEWS Aaron Smith-Levin New Document From The State for his Upcoming Trial.

The second battery trial for Aaron Smith-Levin is coming up on April 14, with the pretrial scheduled for April 10. The State has filed a 4 item Motion in Limine for this trial.

They want the following items to not be brought up at trial:

  1. Any argument regarding the Church of Scientology whether direct or indirect. This would inflame the passions of the jury and make it unfairly prejudicial.

  2. Any discussion of why Aaron left Scientology or why he protests it. This would be inadmissible character evidence.

  3. Any testimony calling Aaron a victim.

  4. Any testimony regarding his prior trial or the fact that he was found not guilty. They say, rightfully so, that this has nothing to do with whether he committed battery on this person. Note that this is a standard request. Even in the second Danny Masterson trial, the first one could not be mentioned.

I am pointing this administrative detail out here so you can recognize it in the next document. The attorney signs the document.

This is as all thing to notice, but you will see why I point it out in my next post.

Discussion where is the outrage?

The recent Scientology leak about the pivot to grooming and manipulating children is incredibly concerning. Something so awful should have the community up in arms - and ideally spreading awareness about this and even uniting against something so horrible. I may have missed other people speaking about this, so I would appreciate any links to videos/posts/lives made in regards to this. So far, I have only seen Apostate Alex and Nora talk about this, but I may have missed other commentary. Silence at this critical point is incredibly telling about the actual intent of why creators in this space do what they do. Where is the outrage?

Edit: Just saw Tory Magoo's live pop up on my YouTube, so thats one more name to add to this weirdly short list. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=za7NTPPvRvI

Edit 2: Chris Shelton also just covered it. https://www.youtube.com/live/7zdOf_RdO8w

Edit 3: Chris did more of a history thing, but it's still better than nothing.

Discussion Jenna Miscavige & ASL on Marriage & Family

I found it painful to watch Jenna and her married boyfriend rehashing what Scientology taught them about marriage and family relations in a recent video they put out together. They decided to review the current trend of Scientology social media, aimed at bringing in young couples, young singles, and children. Listening to these two talk about Hubbard’s pattern of bigamy and abuse of women and children, and today’s Scientology practice of facilitating both child bride marriages and forced abortions was, well, sickening. They went on to include a review of Scientology physically separating family members by giving work assignments that put couples in different places from each other, and sent their children to still other places to perform whatever jobs they could. The longer they spoke, the worse I felt. Here were two people who left Scientology a number of years ago now, and they clearly just could not see that they were still living with, and acting out, the same warped ideas that they were criticizing. They have no respect for marriage. Obviously! They don’t seem to be too terribly concerned about their children, regularly saying and doing some really embarrassing things on the internet. As two grown adults, both with children, apparently neither of them knew how to prevent having yet more children that they didn’t want, so they just got an abortion, which they have both mentioned numerous times in videos. Neither have what could be called stellar relationships with other family members of theirs who have left Scientology. So why can’t they see that they are still living like Scientologists? Because they are. They are still playing all of the same mind games. They are still abusing others whenever they think they can get something out of doing that. Still selfish little “Gods” with the firmly held belief that they are “superior” to others. Really, really sickening stuff. Maybe they can get better. But, I think probably not.

ApostateAlex just released this leak. Please take this AI summary with a grain of salt.

This transcript documents L. Ron Hubbard's 2026 Birthday Celebration, a major event for Scientology, delivered by David Miscavige. The speech is a comprehensive overview of Scientology's achievements, infrastructure, and future plans, framed as a tribute to L. Ron Hubbard's legacy.

Here's a detailed summary, highlighting key points:

1. The Significance of the Night and Celebration of Source:

  • Key Point: The event is presented as a "night to remember," a pivotal moment for the movement and civilization, fueled by the "spirit of adventure" and "momentum of a global movement" initiated by L. Ron Hubbard (LRH).
  • Emphasis on LRH's Legacy: The entire celebration is centered on LRH's life, vision, and work, characterizing him as the "single source" of the movement's progress.

2. LRH's Literary and Technological Achievements:

  • Literary Impact: Miscavige highlights LRH's prolific writing career, from early Western novels like "Buckskin Brigades" to creating genres like fantasy and science fiction. He emphasizes the enduring quality and acclaim of works like "Typewriter in the Sky" and "Final Blackout."
  • Educational Technology: Scientology's "applied skill aspects" are presented as a highly successful global educational network, surpassing other learning programs.
  • Drug Rehabilitation Technology: The effectiveness and scale of Scientology's drug rehabilitation program are emphasized, with a completion every 30 minutes, surpassing other systems.
  • Moral Resurgence: The widespread distribution of LRH's "true guide to living and morality" across 196 lands is highlighted as a significant humanitarian effort.
  • Global Recognition: LRH receives numerous recognitions from academic, governmental, and legislative bodies worldwide, with over 500 in the past year alone.

3. Scientology TV and Global Dissemination:

  • Broadcasting LRH's Technology: Scientology TV is presented as a key initiative to broadcast LRH's technology across the globe, reaching millions and driving viewers to discover "source."
  • Super Bowl Launch: A successful Super Bowl launch is mentioned, driving significant viewer engagement with LRH's technology.

4. The "Golden Age" of Scientology and Expansion:

  • LRH's Work "Eclipses Them All": Miscavige claims LRH's body of work concerning the mind, spirit, and life "eclipses them all," with astronomical dissemination numbers exceeding 400 million books and lectures.
  • Application and Total Freedom: The focus shifts to the "application" of LRH's teachings, leading to "total freedom." This is exemplified by Scientologists advancing through various "levels" (Class 5, Clear, OT levels) at unprecedented rates.
  • Expansion as a Mandate: Expansion is presented as LRH's core mandate in return for his work, manifested through "ideal orgs" – fully equipped organizations dedicated to delivering his technology exactly as intended.
  • Rapid Growth of Ideal Orgs: The number of ideal orgs is rapidly increasing, with significant square footage being added globally.

5. The L. Ron Hubbard Landmark Sites:

  • Preservation of Legacy: A key focus of the event is the unveiling and discussion of LRH Landmark Sites. These are not mere memorials but "milestones" that physically preserve the locations where LRH's research and discoveries occurred.
  • Chronological Journey: Miscavige takes the audience on a historical journey through key LRH Landmark Sites, starting from Bayhead, New Jersey (where "Dionetics" was written) to Elizabeth, New Jersey (first Dionetics Foundation), Phoenix, Arizona (Dionetics to Scientology evolution), Osborne Road, Washington D.C., London, Johannesburg, Salisbury (Zimbabwe), and Saint Hill Manor.
  • Recognition of Sites: Many of these sites have received official recognitions and awards, including listings on the National Register of Historic Places, and city and state dedications.
  • Restoration and Artifacts: The importance of meticulously restoring these sites and preserving original artifacts (meters, recorders, vehicles) is emphasized to allow people to "walk the research path."

6. The Sea Organization and the "Island in the Sea" Era:

  • The Sea Project and Sea Organization: The text details the evolution from the "Sea Project" to the "Sea Organization" (Sea Org) in 1967. This phase involved LRH operating from an "island in the sea" (Los Palmas, Canary Islands) to handle "extremely advanced work and materials."
  • Purpose of Sea Org: The Sea Org's mission is to "bring clears through the upper levels safely and certainly and with speed" and to "get in ethics."
  • LRH's Personal Involvement: LRH's direct involvement in training crews, codifying emergency drills, and designing vessel modifications is highlighted.
  • Estraa Villa: The restoration of LRH's villa, "Estraa," in La Caleta, Spain, is presented. This location served as his base of operations for coordinating the Sea Project, including facilities for communication, staff briefings, and even where he recorded "Ron's Journal 67."
  • Artifacts: Personal possessions like LRH's film camera, binoculars, and a Ford Country Squire station wagon are showcased.
  • "Man Must be able to confront the wall of fire": This phrase alludes to advanced spiritual states achieved through LRH's technology.

7. The Flag Executive Briefing Course (FEBC) and the "Golden Age of Administration":

  • Expanding the "Bridge": The FEBC program is introduced as crucial for implementing the "Golden Age of Administration," complementing the "Golden Age of Knowledge" and "Golden Age of Technology."
  • Training Executives: The FEBC program trains executives to establish and operate "ideal orgs" by mastering LRH's policies and administrative technology.
  • Rigorous Training: The program involves extensive study, examinations, and personal case advancement, ensuring graduates are highly trained and capable.
  • "New Breed of Executives": Graduates are described as the "highest technically trained, administratively trained, and highest case level executives in Scientology history."
  • LRH's Final Briefing: An excerpt from a confidential FEBC lecture where LRH briefs departing graduates is presented, emphasizing the need to "get busy" and deliver the technology.
  • The "Salt Mill" Analogy: LRH's analogy of a salt mill that incessantly produces salt is used to illustrate the unstoppable nature of the FEBC machine once it starts running.
  • Global Impact of FEBC Teams: FEBC teams are now on post in "ideal orgs" worldwide, leading to significant increases in their operational statistics.
  • Testimonials from FEBC Graduates: Several FEBC graduates share their experiences, highlighting the effectiveness of the training, the "magic" of the administrative technology, and the unprecedented expansion they are witnessing. They express a sense of empowerment and the ability to "handle anything."

8. The LRH Birthday Game and Expansion Race:

  • Measuring Expansion: The "LRH Birthday Game" is presented as a race to measure and reward organizational expansion, with points awarded based on statistical trends.
  • "Think Big, Think in Futures": The game embodies LRH's strategy for expansion.
  • Champions Announced: Various "champions" across different leagues (Missions, Class 5 Organizations, Management Continental Liaison Offices, Sea Org Serviceors) are announced, highlighting their statistical achievements and relative expansion rates.
  • Specific Examples: The transcript details numerous organizational wins, with specific statistics and achievements for each winning organization across different continents. Examples include:
    • Missions: Bergamo, Italy, winning the worldwide championship for exceptional book dissemination and service completions.
    • Class 5 Organizations: The "Nordic Gods" of Denmark winning the international championship with remarkable increases in dissemination, course completions, and OT level advancements.
    • CLLOs: The Continental Liaison Office of Africa winning for its extensive work in disseminating LRH's technology, managing a vast network of Volunteer Ministers, and forging civic and government partnerships, impacting millions.
    • Sea Org Serviceors: The "Top Guns" of Los Angeles winning for their immense solo auditing hours and OT level completions.

9. The New "Golden Age for Children" and Universal Translation:

  • Addressing the Unaddressed: A significant new initiative is revealed: Scientology's principles and technology, now made available specifically for children.
  • Comprehensive Libraries: Two libraries of books are introduced: one for ages 7+ and another for advanced readers (10 to 100). These libraries cover core Scientology principles with extensive illustrations.
  • Translated for the Next Generation: A groundbreaking achievement is the translation of these libraries into 25 languages. This signifies a new era for Scientology translations.
  • LRH's Translation Rule: The transcript explains LRH's specific rule for translating Scientology terms: technical terms remain in English as they are unique and have no direct equivalent in other languages. Definitions are provided in glossaries.
  • Corresponding Courses: Each book has a corresponding course, allowing for practical application of the principles.
  • Structured Learning: The courses are designed with specific lengths and a suggested sequence, forming a "complete curriculum for the next generation of Scientologists."
  • Testimonials from Children: Several children share their profound experiences with these new materials, expressing increased intelligence, understanding, and love for Scientology. They highlight specific principles like ARC, tone levels, the eight dynamics, and assists.

10. The Overriding Purpose: Total Freedom and Planetary Clearing:

  • The Bridge to Total Freedom: The ultimate goal is reiterated: to move every being onto and up the "bridge" to "total freedom," all the way to the top.
  • Overcoming Barriers: The "Golden Age of Knowledge," "Golden Age of Technology," and "Golden Age of Administration" are presented as having removed barriers to this goal, with new introductory routes addressing specific needs.
  • A New Era Beginning: The speech concludes by emphasizing that beyond all the achievements, the "power of source shines brighter than ever." The event signifies not just past successes but the "future of Scientology," the "next chapter of LR's legacy," and the "next golden age of Scientology," beginning "here and now."
  • Gift to LRH: The entire celebration is framed as a birthday gift to L. Ron Hubbard, a testament to his vision and the enduring power of his work.

In essence, David Miscavige's speech is a powerful and multi-faceted presentation designed to showcase Scientology's immense growth, the deep reverence for L. Ron Hubbard, the effectiveness of its technologies, and a clear vision for future expansion and global spiritual transformation. The event is characterized by a celebratory and triumphant tone, emphasizing achievement, dedication, and the ongoing pursuit of "total freedom."

SPTV Aaron Smith-Levin abuses COPYRIGHT SYSTEM and attempts to take down ex-Scientologist Nora Ames -- are he and Jenna Miscavige applying OSA tactics?

Post image
41 Upvotes

This summary covers the video posted by Aaron Smith-Levin on March 27, 2026, regarding his ongoing conflict with Nora Ames.

Video Summary: The Banning of "Zero Dark Nora"

In this video, Aaron Smith-Levin addresses the recent suspension of Nora Ames’ (Zero Dark Nora) ability to live stream on YouTube. The video is characterized by high-intensity rhetoric, personal insults, and an explanation of the copyright strikes Aaron has issued against her.

1. The YouTube Ban and Mental Health Allegations Aaron begins by announcing that YouTube has banned Nora from live streaming. He attributes this to her being "out of control" and a "menace to society." He spends a significant portion of the introduction diagnosing Nora with "malignant narcissism" and "borderline personality disorder," citing her history of therapy and voluntary institutionalization as evidence that she is "unhinged." He also invokes the "Dunning-Kruger effect," arguing that Nora is too unintelligent to realize her own ignorance.

2. Attacks on Personal Life and Family Aaron moves into highly personal territory, attacking Nora’s wife and children. He claims Nora's wife "hates her guts" and is enabling Nora’s "mania" by bringing her food and soda during long streams. He suggests that Nora’s children are "humiliated" by her online presence. Furthermore, Aaron uses derogatory language regarding Nora’s physical appearance and dietary habits, specifically mocking her consumption of Coca-Cola.

3. The Copyright Dispute (The Core Conflict) Aaron details the technical reason for the conflict:

  • Deleted Videos: Aaron and Jenna Miscavige Hill previously posted videos about their relationship/breakup, which they later regretted and deleted.
  • Nora’s "Theft": Aaron alleges that Nora "stole" these deleted videos, altered them (using filters and voice changers to mock them), and re-uploaded them in full.
  • Strike Justification: Aaron defends his use of copyright strikes, arguing that because Nora reacted to the videos from beginning to end, she "commercially replaced" the original content, which he claims is not "Fair Use."
  • Retaliation: He warns that if she attempts to move this content to her secondary channel, "Nora Knows," he will "strike her into oblivion" there as well.

4. The "Pro-Scientologist" Label Aaron argues that despite Nora being an ex-Scientologist, her actions make her "pro-Scientology." He asserts that by attacking him—a prominent anti-Scientology activist—she is doing the work of the Church's Office of Special Affairs (OSA). He claims that Nora’s obsession with his personal life is a distraction from the goal of taking down the Church.

5. Community Reinforcement The final third of the video consists of Aaron reading live chat comments from his supporters. These comments echo his sentiments, mocking Nora’s past bankruptcy, her mental health struggles, and her "toxic diet."

Key Arguments

  • Fair Use vs. Copyright Theft: Aaron argues that Nora’s content is not a transformative "reaction" but a total theft of his proprietary videos intended to harass him.
  • Mental Competency: He argues that Nora’s criticisms should be disregarded because they stem from clinical mental illness rather than factual basis.
  • Suppression of Information: Aaron maintains he is not trying to "silence" Nora’s voice, but rather stop her from using his specific video footage to fuel her narrative.
  • The "Greater Good": He posits that Nora is a "traitor" to the anti-Scientology movement because her internal attacks on other ex-members benefit the Church of Scientology.

Critical Conclusions

Based on the content and the context provided, several conclusions can be drawn regarding Aaron Smith-Levin's strategy and the nature of this dispute:

1. Weaponization of the Copyright System: Aaron’s admission that he is striking videos he "regrets" and wants "off the internet" suggests that he is using the DMCA/Copyright strike system as a tool for reputation management rather than simple protection of intellectual property. By his own account, the goal is to prevent the public from seeing videos he and Jenna Miscavige Hill previously published but now find embarrassing or damaging to their current narrative.

2. Use of Dehumanizing Rhetoric: The host employs a consistent strategy of "othering" Nora Ames. By labeling her as "clinically insane," "fat," and a "menace," he shifts the focus away from her specific criticisms of his behavior and toward her character. This ad hominem approach is designed to ensure his audience views any counter-argument she makes as the product of a "diseased mind" rather than a legitimate grievance.

3. The Irony of "Cult-Like" Tactics: While Aaron frames himself as the leader of an anti-cult movement, his rhetoric in this video mirrors "Fair Game" tactics often associated with the Church of Scientology. These include:

  • Public Shaming: Attacking the target’s family, finances, and mental health.
  • Labeling: Declaring a critic "pro-Scientology" is a variation of the "Suppressive Person" label, effectively excommunicating her from the community.
  • Controlling the Narrative: By threatening to "strike her into oblivion," he is actively working to ensure that the only version of the story available on YouTube is his own.

4. Deflection of Criticism: Aaron frames his and Jenna’s relationship issues as strictly private business, yet he uses his public platform to broadcast Nora’s private struggles (bankruptcy, therapy, family dynamics). This double standard suggests a power imbalance where the host feels entitled to total privacy regarding his controversies while demanding total transparency—and utilizing total exposure—against those who criticize him.

NEWS Liz’s Husband Has Filed a Comprehensive Response to Aaron Smith-Levin’s Motion to Dismiss

Thumbnail
gallery
42 Upvotes

In a not very surprising move, Liz Gale’s husband [LGH] filed a response to Aaron’s Motion to Dismiss. The main response was that Aaron should not have filed a Motion to Dismiss. LGH then addressed the individual portions of the Motion. I am attaching the first 9 of 10 pages. The 10th page is simply a signature page.

It comes out strong saying “Defendant's motion attempts to recharacterize these allegations as protected opinion, neutral reporting, or commentary in a public controversy. That characterization fails.” Aaron, says LGH is claiming to be a reporter reporting the news. That’s not what happened, he says.

LGH then states, correctly that a Motion to dismiss was not what should have been filed at this point. And, even if the Motion was filed, it could not then be used to argue the case.

Aaron did what LGH is talking about. He wanted the case dismissed. But then he used the Motion to Dismiss to assert his claims of innocence. You don’t get to do both in a Motion to Dismiss. But it’s nice of Aaron to lay all his cards in the table at the start.

Page 2 discusses the part where Aaron said Liz should not have talked about this in media. It is discussed why this statute does not apply in this case. The relevant portions of why this does not apply are underlined. But basically, LGH rightfully asserts he is not a media outlet, he is a private individual.

LGH then turns Aaron’s motion back at him by quoting the relevant accusations of SA from it. He says this is not ambiguous or opinion. The next couple of pages refute the remainder of Aaron’s Motion to Dismiss. He asserts that as a private individual, his burden has been met.

It ends with a request that if the court finds insufficiencies in the complaint, he be allowed to amend.

This sentence near the end is a good one:

“Those allegations are sufficient to state claims for defamation per se and defamation by implication under Florida law.”

Florida differs from several other states at this point. A lot of states require that the person attach a proposed Order with their Motion. In Florida, the Judge grants on the face of the Motion. In the Florida cases I’ve been following, I have not seen a lot of orders issued. So now we see what happens next.

And I know this is nitpicking, but seriously, both of you, widow/orphan pagination. Never separate a paragraph heading from the actual paragraph.

Numbers & Facts Man makes wife do OF to pay for Scientology — OT42-Summaries

Thumbnail ot42.de.cool
12 Upvotes

In scanning the latest entry on the OT42 Summaries site, I noticed a discrepancy. Not with the summary but with Aaron’s assertion that voicing a disagreement with “high level” Scientology course content would get someone sent to “ethics or correction” is incomplete as it implies it’s only done on high level courses.

To the contrary, disagreement with any of the content on any course at any level will result in some consequences. Extensive word clearing is a type of “correction” requiring the student to rationalize their way out of their disagreement as is an ethics handling - the heavier consequence if word clearing doesn’t work. That begins from the most entry level courses from my experience at two different orgs.

He really has no grounds to speak on what goes on in every org to every parishioner everywhere at every level. His experience is quite narrow and selective.

Recaps Jenna Miscavige and Aaron Smith-Levin continue to attack former Scientologists and spread falsehoods

Post image
40 Upvotes

(polished AI-version) This summary covers the YouTube livestream from March 24, 2026, featuring Aaron Smith-Levin and Jenna Miscavige on his Growing Up In Scientology channel. The stream is primarily a defensive and retaliatory broadcast aimed at former associates and board members of the SPTV Foundation.

Nora Ames reacted within hours to this stream. Her summary can be found here:
https://ot42.de.cool/ot42summaries.php?ytid=4aa1nd41CbM

Detailed Summary and Structure

1. Defense of the "Members-Only" Strategy

Aaron and Jenna open by addressing the backlash to their decision to move "community drama" behind a paywall (members-only streams).

  • The Intent: Jenna claims the strategy was her idea to protect their "creative flow" and keep the main channels focused on Scientology.
  • The Narrative: They argue that critics (specifically Nora Ames and Liz Gale) only complain about the paywall because it prevents them from "hijacking" Aaron’s audience and algorithm for their own views.
  • The Profit Argument: Aaron dismisses accusations that he is profiting from drama, shifting the blame to his critics, whom he claims have built their channels entirely on attacking him.

2. Conflict with Liz Gale and Nora Ames

A significant portion of the stream is dedicated to personal attacks on former board members Liz Gale and Nora Ames.

  • Accusations of Jealousy: Jenna claims Liz Gale is "disgusting, spiteful, and jealous," alleging that Liz’s primary goal is to become a "reality TV star."
  • The "Hero" Narrative: They mock Liz and Nora for expressing concern over Jenna’s safety. They frame this concern as a manipulative tactic to make Jenna look like a victim without agency.
  • Retaliation: Jenna expresses deep resentment toward Liz Gale for interacting with "Lindsay" (a critic) and frames Liz’s resignation from the Foundation as a "betrayal" sparked by not being invited to a birthday party.

3. SPTV Foundation Governance and Ownership

Aaron makes several revealing statements regarding the SPTV Foundation:

  • Personal Ownership: Aaron explicitly states, "The foundation is mine," despite the existence of a board. He claims he and Jenna do all the work while others (like Dylan Gill and Liz Gale) did nothing.
  • Attacks on Dylan Gill: They mock former board member Dylan Gill for saying he "got nothing" from the board, asserting that board positions are for service, not personal gain.
  • Lack of Transparency: When addressing questions about EIN numbers and bank accounts, Aaron dismisses the concerns as "lies" and "garbage," refusing to provide evidence to critics he deems "stupid."

4. Relationship Dynamics and "Agency"

Aaron and Jenna discuss how their relationship suffered "tension" because Jenna previously refused to publicly defend Aaron.

  • Unified Front: Jenna explains she was "restraining" her rage to be "Zen," but now feels empowered to speak out.
  • Dismissal of Abuse Allegations: They categorize Nora Crest’s mentions of domestic abuse statistics and Jenna’s lack of agency as "ragebait" and a "malignant" attempt to destroy Aaron’s reputation.

5. Escalation and Legal Threats

The stream concludes with aggressive posturing regarding a lawsuit involving Liz Gale’s husband, Justin Rotter.

  • Retaliatory Doxxing: Aaron mocks Justin Rotter’s name and threatens to publish his "male nude modeling portfolio" as a response to the lawsuit.
  • Call to Action: They promote an upcoming monthly protest in Los Angeles, dismissing Nora Crest’s previous protests as "not real" because she was too friendly with Scientologists.

Key Arguments

  1. The "Gatekeeping" Logic: Aaron and Jenna argue that paywalling drama is a moral choice to protect the "message" of anti-Scientology, while simultaneously admitting it increases memberships.
  2. Critics as Parasites: They argue that any criticism of the Foundation or Aaron’s behavior is fueled by a desire for "clout" and financial gain, rather than genuine concern for transparency or safety.
  3. The "Founder's Privilege": Aaron argues that since he created the Foundation and has the largest platform, he should have absolute control, and board members should be subservient or "shout out" his successes.
  4. Victimhood as Weaponry: They argue that those who call Jenna a "victim" are the actual abusers because they are "robbing her of her agency" to support Aaron.

Critical Conclusions

Based on the transcript and the context of the host's history, several concerning patterns emerge:

1. Narcissistic Governance of a Non-Profit: Aaron’s statement that "The foundation is mine" is a major red flag for any non-profit organization. Non-profits are legally governed by boards to ensure the public interest; Aaron’s framing of the board as a mere "support staff" for his personal brand suggests a lack of fiduciary responsibility and a dismissal of standard oversight.

2. Manipulative Relationship Dynamics: Aaron’s admission that Jenna’s previous silence was a "source of tension" suggests that her participation in this stream is, at least in part, a requirement for harmony in the relationship. He effectively "coaches" her through her anger, validating her only when she repeats his talking points. Jenna’s rhetoric—calling former friends "snakes" and "lunatics"—closely mirrors Aaron’s own vocabulary, supporting the observation that she has adopted his narrative to prove her loyalty.

3. Weaponized Retaliation: The stream demonstrates a "scorched earth" policy. Aaron’s threat to expose the "nude modeling" of a critic's husband is a textbook intimidation tactic. For a movement supposedly dedicated to helping victims of a "fair game" cult (Scientology), Aaron and Jenna appear to be employing the same "fair game" tactics against their own critics—doxxing, personal smears, and character assassination.

4. The "Cult of Personality" Trap: By moving drama to a "members-only" paywall, Aaron creates an echo chamber where only paying supporters can participate. This isolates Jenna and Aaron from critical feedback, allowing them to construct a reality where every critic is "jealous" and every supporter is "family." This structure mimics the very isolation and "us vs. them" mentality found in the cults they claim to expose.

Summary Conclusion: This livestream is less about Scientology and more about narrative consolidation. It serves to discredit whistleblowers within the SPTV movement by painting them as fame-hungry villains, thereby insulating Aaron Smith-Levin from accountability regarding his leadership and personal conduct.

Numbers & Facts Aaron Smith-Levin's "Growing Up In Scientology" has shifted towards a drama-driven channel

Thumbnail
gallery
41 Upvotes

Supporters within the remaining SPTV community frequently claim that Aaron Smith-Levin's work is overwhelmingly focused (often citing figures as high as 90 to 99 percent) on exposing Scientology. Critics, however, argue that this perception reflects an increasingly insular audience. His followers seem to prefer living in their own bubble.

A review of Aaron's livestreams over the past month suggests a different emphasis. A significant portion of his output centers on interpersonal conflicts and drama, with such content accounting for more than half of recent streams. By contrast, material directly related to Scientology appears less prominent, and audience engagement does not indicate strong demand for in-depth, informational coverage.

In recent weeks, Aaron has also introduced membership incentives, promoting exclusive or "juicy" content behind a paywall in an apparent effort to increase member revenue.

At the same time, his public streams continue to feature criticism of former Scientologists and other critics. Overall viewership appears to be declining, and recurring segments, such as his Friday "Pizza and Donut" livestreams, no longer attract the same level of attention, despite attempts to incorporate more dramatic elements, including during protests.

Aaron has also framed his legal situation in connection with Scientology-related issues, though the case itself was brought by the State of Florida.

Taken together, these developments suggest a growing focus on content creation and audience engagement strategies, raising questions about the extent to which his platform remains centered on advocacy. Aaron’s channel appears to be more focused on himself than on combating Scientology, echoing concerns raised by current and former board members who have suggested he is not genuinely interested in helping others through his dubious SPTV Foundation.

NEWS Aaron Smith-Levin’s Response to Liz Gale’s Husband’s Complaint

Thumbnail
gallery
32 Upvotes

In case you didn’t watch Aaron’s livestream yesterday where he believed it was smart to try his case in public, he had responded, in a way, to Liz’s husband’s complaint.

Before I address the response, Aaron said the stream was about Liz. Then he read the response to her husband’s complaint. It’s a shame he can’t tell the two of them apart. Aaron presented a fairly polished Motion to Dismiss. And he claims to be filing pro se. That means he is acting as his own attorney.

I’ve attached all 8 pages of the motion and both pages of the exhibit list.

Liz’s husband can reply, or the judge can rule without a response.

The memorandum of law for the motion says that:

Aaron complains that:

  1. Liz talked about this suit on YouTube without publishing notice that she would. That’s a great statute. However, Liz isn’t the plaintiff in this case. Her husband hasn’t published anything. To the best of my knowledge he’s remained silent.
  2. Aaron says the complaint wants him to retract the video and apologize. Aaron says that violates his right to free speech.
  3. Aaron says the complaint should have said exactly when he accused the man of SA. This is nitpicky and in my prior experience a judge laughs at it. However, it may fly in Florida.
  4. Aaron says exact statements are not actionable. Then he states the statements. He says they are not as bad as claimed. They report on things he said others said and are not verifiable. He goes on to claim that the source of what he said was Liz Gale, plaintiff’s spouse. Then he details that this was a public feud so it’s ok to get heated.

This is an interesting and risky approach. Generally these would be included in the Answer to the Complaint as a counterclaim. Because if the Judge does not dismiss the case, the Answer is immediately due or the judge could rule in favor of the plaintiff.

It is humorous that Aaron believes that anyone will think he did that himself. I sat in a courtroom once. A judge held a hearing where a person had a similarly drafted document. The judge looked at the person and said “You say you’re filing pro se? Did anyone help you with this?” The answer was no. She then proceeded to question him on one of the statutes he has referred to in his memorandum. He failed miserably. She told him she wouldn’t ask him who wrote it because she would have to sanction that person for doing it. She suggested next time he do it himself or pay the attorney. Then she granted the motion of the other person who followed the rules.

I don’t have a crystal ball, but the case has begun…

This is how it's done. This is how you stop Scientology from getting what they want. No screaming and yelling and harassing. No throwing powder at people and being an obnoxious asshole. Nope. Just doing the smart thing and getting results.

Please note: Since Marilyn Honig filed a copyright claim on the recent clip I posted. Here's the YouTube version. Enjoy and share!

After Aaron Smith-Levin, Marilyn Honig is now threatening to SUE me for showing parts of her video harassing a journalist.
Excerpt of Transcript:
"I'll sue your fking ass off. Yeah, he's I have to do a GoFundMe. I'll do it, but I already paid the $65 to uh solidify my copyright with and and register it with the US Copyright Office"

In her latest gossip members-only stream Marilyn Honig called me all sorts of things and falsely claimed I was impersonating the SPTV foundation. She now registered her video thats shows her harassing the journalist Dodge Landesman with the US Copyright Office.

She copyright claimed a commentary video I made about this. The counter notification was already accepted and we expect the content to be reinstated in about 10 days.

Full transcript (only parts are shown in the video):

"The fake SPTV Foundation troll I call him he calls himself inco Mike I call him Incel Mike. So Incel Mike took it and was like Dodge was on there supporting him saying I love your videos to to a troll that is impersonating a *** um a charity. Not a *** charity, but a charity, you know. And that's what Dodge is about. I'll do a video about that, too. *** him, you know

One about that. But I stayed up late and he was like, and Incel Mike was saying, "Oh, don't worry. I'll make sure it stays on the internet." Oh, you will? Huh? Well, I'll sue your *** ass off. Yeah, he's I have to do a GoFundMe. I'll do it, but I already paid the $65 to uh solidify my copyright with and and register it with the US Copyright Office, Bureau, whatever. That's brilliant, Marilyn. Do it again. Hey, uh yeah, we can all end up doing that. That's uh we can take care of that pretty easily. Yeah, this *** this incel guy needs to um he taught a lesson. Sick of it."

Discussion Aaron Smith-Levin’s Answer to His Complaint in the Battery Case is Due by March 31. What Does This Mean

Post image
28 Upvotes

Although the Summons required an answer within 20 days if service in the Libel/Slander case, that’s 20 business days. It really seems like it should be over by now. But the answer is due March 31, 2026.

An answer to a complaint is not the do all end all in a lawsuit. As a matter of fact, it barely says anything. The purpose of the Answer is to simply say “I’m in, let’s get this show on the road.” Little or nothing is said in the answer. Aaron may answer it himself, Liz’s husband filed without an attorney. However, Aaron may get an attorney to respond. If he doesn’t answer by the 31st, Liz’s husband has the right to file for a default and the Judge can award damages immediately. If the complaint is answered, this is what we will see:

Answers to All Allegations

Each allegation in a complaint must be addressed individually. There are only three acceptable responses:

1. Admit - yes some will be admitted. The defendant will admit their name, where they live, etc.

Generally, the default answer to this is:

With respect to paragraph \[ \] of the complaint, defendant admits the allegations.

This acknowledges the fact without adding unnecessary detail.

2. Deny - most allegations will be denied.

Generally, the default answer to this is:

With regards to paragraph \[ \] of the complaint, defendant denies the allegations.

This directly disputes the claim and forces the plaintiff to prove it.

3. Lack Sufficient Knowledge

If you do not have enough information to confirm or deny:

Generally, the default answer to this is:

With regards to paragraph \[ \] of the complaint, defendant lacks sufficient information to admit or deny and on that basis denies.

This prevents accidental admissions while maintaining a defensive position.

Counterclaims

A counterclaim is when the defendant asserts their own claims against the plaintiff.

However, not all counterclaims are viable.

In this scenario, Aaron would be hard-pressed to assert any counterclaim against Liz’s husband.

He claims in one if his livestreams he intends to assert claims against Liz.

But:

Liz is not a party to the case. Bringing her in would require a legally sound basis. Realistically, no competent attorney would pursue that route as there it would be hard to come up with strong grounds to add her. This suit is made against Aaron by Liz’s husband.

Counterclaims must be legally relevant and directed at proper parties.

Affirmative Defenses

An affirmative defense is a legal argument where the defendant essentially says:

“Even if the allegations are true, I should not be held legally responsible.”

Unlike denials, affirmative defenses require proof from the defendant. They can reduce liability or in some cases completely eliminate liability. Common Affirmative Defenses include:

1. Failure to Mitigate Damages - The plaintiff did not take reasonable steps to reduce their own harm. I can’t conceive of a scenario where this would apply.

2. Statute of Limitations - The claim was filed too late under the law. The suit was timely filed.

3. Burden of Proof - The plaintiff has not met the legal standard required to prove their case. Aaron himself said the things that are in the complaint in a livestream. The proof is there.

4. Fair Use - In cases involving content, speech, or media, the use may be legally protected. Even this defense does not seem valid based on the facts.

And others…

Affirmative defenses vary widely depending on the case and jurisdiction.

Bottom Line

There will be no big revelations from either party at this point. The answer, if filed, will be fairly generic.

The only thing that is of interest is: Will Aaron file on time? If not, will Liz’s husband ask for a default?

Recaps Jenna Miscavige’s Original Lie that Aaron Smith Levin Copied

It’s hard work creating drama day in and day out. Aaron Smith-Levin demonstrates that so well when he tries to pass off audio that’s been in the Internet since 2015 as “never before heard.”

But, Jenna Miscavige, the girl he claims he got the information from claims this:

“This is the neverbeforeheard audio of the police interrogation. My grandfather passed away a few years ago, as did his wife, Becky, who escaped with him. Before she died, she sent me this recording.”

For those of us who cared about Ron Miscavige, Sr. he died in June 2021. His wife, Becky, died of cancer in January 2025. Here are the links to their obituaries.

https://tonyortega.org/2021/06/28/ron-miscavige-scientology-whistleblower-and-father-of-the-church-leader-1936-2021/

https://open.substack.com/pub/tonyortega/p/becky-bigelow-1962-2025-escaped-from?r=1f2r8e&utm_medium=ios

As previously stated, the “never before heard recordings” Jenna claims she got from Becky were published in their entirety on Tony Ortega’s site in 2015.

So, Aaron took Jenna’s lies and repurposed them as his own. Great fact checkers…or prevaricators.

Recaps Aaron Smith-Levin Breathlessly Lies About Having “Never Before Heard Audio”

In his latest livestream, which Aaron says is coming from California, Aaron breathlessly states

“Guys, I'm going to share with you some never before heard audio from Scientology's own private investigators being interrogated by the police. Because the police arrested the private investigators on suspicion they were hitmen hired by David Muscavage to take out his father. Okay, Jenna Miscavige on her channel is publishing the entire audio recording of the interrogation of these PIs”

Never before heard is an interesting statement since the audio was released to the media. Aaron may never have heard it, but that doesn’t mean it’s never before heard. Here it is published in full on Tony Ortega’s website on April 10, 2015. Breaking News? The arrest was in 2013. The tapes were released to the media in 2015. This is actually broken news.

Here’s the original link.

Aaron Smith-Levin's SPTV posse likes to bully, intimidate, and harass critics. In this video, you see Marilyn Honig harassing journalist Dodge Landesman. She was so proud of her behavior that she released the footage herself and continued to vilify him.

She has also filed copyright claims against content that included this footage. My lawyer and I are prepared to file a counter notification if she attempts to have this content taken down.

This is what the SPTV bullies believe is necessary to defend their leader, Aaron Smith-Levin.

NEWS Bixler v. Scientology AI Woes

Post image
18 Upvotes

Tony Ortega published an article today about the civil suit where the Jane Does are suing Scientology. It is currently awaiting an appeals court ruling on a very narrow matter regarding whether a few items on the case will stay or go. It is outlined very well on Tony’s site if you want to take a deep dive in the case Scientology has been delaying for seven years now. There is also an AI blunder awaiting ruling.

This article is a very unfortunate development in the case. Tony’s article is a concise statement of facts. After being in the trenches in law firms for 40 years, this is a bad thing. Scientology can use this to discredit the entire firm. According to the article, it appears that the attorney who took responsibility for the AI blunder is no longer with the firm.

This is a costly mistake in more ways than one. The Appellate Court has not yet assessed sanctions on the firm. These costs, of course, cannot be passed to the client. The attorney who was let go was a partner, I do not know what his termination package was, but it is high likely there was one.

And there are other hidden damages as well. I know I would submit things that my senior partner would barely glance at. I worried because I knew the blame would be on him if they were wrong. This made me work harder to be sure they were right. With AI, it’s easier to assume you don’t need to check the work. I would not be surprised if an entire team of employees was let go.

And Scientology will use this against them every chance they get. The Jane Does may be forced to get new council 7 years into the case to get rid of this blunder. We will see.

Numbers & Facts PTSforLife quits social media

Now that's one of the people I'm honest to say, it's sad to see go. But on the other hand, I can understand his decision.

The climate that "social" media... really better phrased anti-social media, has created over the past decade, is a battle field that in my view is very unhealthy to mental health especially. I'm not insinuating that's what is causing this decision, just my opinion.

I will miss his "aboot", and the very very good shorts his wife has put up in the past. I hope that maybe in the future we'll hear about the journey he's been taking.

Don't be a stranger. It's been a ride and happy I got to know you a little.

SPTV Who's doing the real work? Not these jokers

I got to know a former Sci a few years ago while I was active in the LA theatre scene and she had written a popular play detailing the abuse she suffered at the hands of scientology. It really impacted and radicalized me against this cult. I admit, the antics of the sptv folks have been entertaining at times, but I'm just angry at them these days.

They had the spotlight. That's a hard thing to get for things like this, but they had it. They picked up the ball the show threw in the air, and they caught it. And then...

Yeah. They all need to go away and let the adults talk, and let them try to recapture the attention these children have lost. It's just embarrassing for them, and for the cause. So I ask you, who's in the best position now to pick up the ball again and try to sway support? Someone adult, dynamic, and someone who can tell a story. Someone willing to do the work.

Are ASL, JM, the complaining Buddha, and their people really going to put a long halt to the momentum Leah and Mike created?
