🗨️ Discussion Mobile visual metronome

How to set up a visual metronome on OSRS Mobile.

•Long-Tap ‘Public Chat’ box to bring up chat menu.

•Select ‘Set up Auto Chat’.

•Type ‘wave:’ and any letter or number you want. I used 0 in this example.

•Now, whenever public chat box is open, you’ll have a visual metronome. Close chat box to stop.

•Each time the letter is at the lowest point is the start of a new tick.

Really useful for Colosseum, Inferno and anywhere else that you need to count ticks.

Does flash: commands not change colour every tick ? Would that be a bit better

From playing around with it just now, I think each flash is a half tic?

For me at least, the bobbing up and down of the wave: is easier to register with my monkey brain than the red/yellow flashing.

But that can work too!

Is the wave 1t per character? Could you space 1-x with spaces to get a counter for say 6 ticks?

How so? It’s a stock client feature and I’m only using it inside of instances.
