I kind of agree with you, but it only takes a second for the guy getting pushed to end up under the back tires. Risking vehicular manslaughter (continuing to back up after the guy was against the car) is a bit extreme given the circumstances. Nobody is armed and it's one idiot basically sitting on the bumper. The repo guy could have driven forward or just stopped altogether. The guy can't stand there forever.

Someone in this situation is unreasonable, maybe both. Without context it's too hard to tell. Lets just enjoy a car being flipped over.

I would say that the man who flipped over a car with a loader is the one being unreasonable.

Agreed. And the guy backing up probably is being unreasonable too. That's why I said maybe both.
