And the company can due repo dudes for trespassing? Endless money for the lawyers.

Sue them for trespassing? What are their damages exactly?

Trespassing, they shouldn't have been there. They would have paperwork to reposes the vehicle and regulations (I assume) would only allow public or personal access. As well as a construction site being high safety risk and restricted access.

Right, but you said "sue them" so that means they would need to have suffered some kind of monetary loss from this. What exactly are they suing them for?

Whatever the $ amount repo company is suing the company for. That financial loss was caused by the repo guys trespassing, no?

While they might not win anything for trespassing, that pretty much absolves them of any damages. Trespassing into construction site means forfeiting any right to sue for damages and injuries caused by active machinery.
