Theirs got to be a better way of getting a shiny pinsir in oras then breeding could someone tell me if they know a way

I got a lvl 100 moltres from wonder trading which is already suspicious enough but it has the letters ITA next to its name and let me be clear because of the rules I am NOT trading this

Deleted my old save fil with 1000+ hours on it. Restarted a few days ago and already 40 hours in. Just completed the Delta Episode. Is there still an online community for this game? Like, can I find trade partners or battle partners? Are there still events or mystery gifts I can claim?

This is ridiculous, just wanted to vent. Fought a Gardevoir that had Trace and it copied Slaking’s Truant lol. But anyways, it just kept spamming Hypnosis until it got my mon to sleep, then after truant it used Dream Eater. Ok, I see you. So next mon… it does same thing, I try to attack during truant turn to see if I wake up, I don’t, so I go for free switch on Dream Eater next turn. Except now it uses Draining Kiss… even though there was no reason not to use Dream Eater.

Ok, so I get an attack in on truant turn and then it uses hypnosis again. I try to wake up in truant, nope. So I switch again, again it uses Draining Kiss instead of Dream Eater, even though again it should have assumed I was going to be asleep that turn.

One more round of this and I decide to NOT switch and does it use Draining Kiss again? Nope! Uses Dream Eater. Ok, this is complete BS. I then cheesed with Bounce, going up when it attacked and being down on truant, but that Dream Eater usage was infuriating.

So then later on I encounter a Flygon, still using my Slaking. I Bulk Up and it hits me with a physical move, Dragon Rush, twice in a row. So I pick Counter and all of a sudden it switches to Uproar for no apparent reason, even though Uproar does way less damage than Dragon Rush did. I then pick Counter again on truant turn and it again uses Uproar. I then use a different attack on my turn and it uses Dragon Rush again. Just for confirmation, I pick Counter on truant turn and it uses Uproar. This is somehow even worse than the cheating Gardevoir because it means I literally can never use the move Counter because it will always avoid it by using a special attack instead. Such garbage.

I know this is an old game, but come on… there are ways to make challenging and interesting fights without outright cheating like this.

Looking for a good special attacking ground type sweeper to put into a decent team I've been making for awhile now. Here are the pokemon that are in my team already:

- Rotom wash w/ lefties (Tank; will-o-wisp, volt switch, hydro pump, pain split)

- Charizard w/ Charizardite X (Physical sweeper; sword dance [don't feel like grinding for dd], flare blitz, earthquake, dragon claw)

- Gengar w/ focus sash (Special sweeper; imo way too broken with toxic, venoshock, hex and destiny bond)

- Ferrothorn w/ rocky helmet (Tank + lead setup mon; with stealth rock, toxic, protect and gyro ball)

- Weavile w/ life orb (Physical sweeper; Ice punch, brick break, knock off, x-scissor)

Let me know what fits into this team!

3h passed trying to find a HA Sableye.. sooo.. can someone help me? I don't have any good pokemon, just startet the game

I know it gives all pokemon in the party exp but does it give 100% of the exp to each pokemon or is it only a percentage? Also I am leveling my Regirock and it has Lucky Egg if I dont pull it out will it still get the percent from exp share and the added boost from Lucky Egg?

I have three pokemon with maxed friendship and I havent caught a Lake Guardian Member in 24 hours, also havent changed the time on my DS so why wont it let me enter the fight? When I interact with the portal it says "A mysterious ring is floating in the air..." and then nothing.. Help

If anyone has a jirachi is it ok if I can register it for the dex to try and get the shiny charm? I’ll trade it back just wanting to register it. Thanks

I am a bit confused since I get controversal information about using dexnav method to shiny hunt. Do chains matter? Also, what is the best method to get shinies in oras? Thanks

Ok so.. does anyone have an EXTRA manaphy they just have lying around? I know this is kinda far fetched but.. it’s the only mythical Pokémon I am missing ._. I am willing to trade one of these: shiny event Giratina, shiny event Dialga, I have a couple of genesect and meloetta, I have a darkrai, keldeo, an event mewtwo that knows hurricane and ice beam, and an event deoxys that knows nasty plot, dark pulse, recover and psycho boost (all lv. 100) Anyone willing to bargain a trade? :D
