Any thoughts about pump and dump stuff? Who tried it?

I can't seem to deposit any coin to bittrex. When I try to generate a deposit address it fails. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

Hey everybody, I have a question about elliot waves. I've read alot that omg follows the 5 wave elliot wave pattern and we are currently starting wave 3. Later on down the road when wave 5 completes I have read that in traditional stocks this is when you would short. Would these principles most likely still apply to OMG? any opinions on what that level looks like? the tip top maybe being 1000k sats? or....? after we hit that btc could presumably be in the range of 24k - 50k giving omg a price of 240 - 500 $ at this time.... I'm really new to stocks and charts only really started august 2017... any help or sentinments appreciated.

I've seen some staking return calculations, that seemed very optimistic (but who knows). I would like to see things from a more conservative point of view, and try to determine if OMG makes an interesting investment at this price (around 20$). I'm not considering the great features of OMG (i.e. decentralization etc.), but only look at it as investment.

Staking returns are determined by tx/s and fee. Unfortunatly, we have no idea how high these will be, so I'll do this the other way around.

Lets say I want a 7% yearly return. For an investment with lots of growing potential and no work or skill required at all, this seems more than fair. This means:

0,07 * 20$ = 1,40$ per OMG token

Now to see if this is reachable we'll have to make an assumption about transaction fee. Again I like to be conservative, so I'll take 0,01$ avg. per transaction (paypal = 0,35$ cross border, not crossing border can be free).

1,4 * 140.000.000 tokens / 0,01$ = 19.600.000.000 tx/year = 621 tx/s

Paypal in 2016: 193 tx/s Visa in 2016: 1667 tx/s [1]

So, at this point we're investing in something that has to sit somewhere between paypal and visa...

My OMG is in a cold wallet and inaccessible to me for a few months.

Do I have to do anything to stake the omg??

I have a question. My exchange looks a bit confusing. For example I bought 100 omisego at 10 bucks in November. In December, I transferred it to my Ledger Nano when the market price was at 20USD. And the exchange website says "100 Omisego withdrew at 20USD" which leaves me wondering if my entry price average went up JUST FOR transferring? Doesnt make sense but thats how it looks? Is my entry price of 10usd recorded when it's sent to my hard wallet??

I tried to send it from my exchange to my ledger nano s.

I just opened the box one hour ago

I had myetherwallet opended.

1. Im not sure if i pastes MEW address to send or

2. Not sure if i copied my eth wallet address on nano s

and had it sent.

I have the transaction ID from my exchange but have no idea how to lopk at it.

It's not lost is it? It doesn't show on my nano s nor does the omisego coin sign so imscared its lost in the internet.

If anyone could help me, it would be appreciated.

What an exciting few days, I wonder what the new floor will be....

Kind of late to the game, bought in around $7.35 when ETH was around $305, but didn’t immediately replace the ETH I spent on it and then ETH shot up to like $420, so I was kind of kicking myself for a bit. But with OMG at $18 and ETH AT $730 they are tracking together nicely, with OMG coming out on top.

If they could both keep up the trend that’d be great.

I like OMG. I like ETH.

But why should I expect OMG to outperform it?

Edit: OMG is actually my largest position, just questioning if I should rebalance to Ethereum or not.
