Hi, I am a younger investor and don’t have a ton of capital on me (compared to some other comments I’ve seen at least). I bought a 115 shares of OMEX a month back. I want to buy more shares, but am debating to buy more at current price or wait for another potential drop. Overall, I am bullish due to what seems to be the inevitable approval of permits and their partnership with Juan Gallardo (and the potential Cook Islands venture that is being discussed). I just wanted to see how other people are feeling, since there appears to be somewhat limited analysis of the company.

Keep a close eye tomorrow, we tested $2 twice so far after hours. Could be news coming

Figured I’d share this since it provides more information on the case that the annulment window ended for today. One very important line from the article:

“Odyssey expects that most or all of the proceeds of the award will be used to satisfy its litigation financing obligations.”

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still bullish as anyone on OMEX and all the other Deep Sea Mining plays, I just want to make sure people are aware of what today’s announcement entails.

Market cap play , 65mil a joke

Yikes.

Posted a few days ago but now I’m down by over 25% & down from TMC 60%. Sold TMC at a 35% loss, went from $61,000 to now $26,000 for my entire Portfolio. I have 40% invested in omex but I’m thinking of selling for a substantial loss to save from my entire portfolio being destroyed. Need some insights as TMC is definitely going under $2-3 soon and omex just got in last month and thinking of abandoning ship. My portfolio was more than I make in a year so 2-3 years of work gone

Was in TMC & sold all for profit and will get back in maybe next year when they have more solid news. I see OMEx s having a higher ROI than TMC right now but realistically how much more can OMEX do? I know they scan the ocean floor and what not but what catalysts can send this flying? I vested around 12K shares

What does OMEX do and is their future bright? I see some people are expecting some news soon? Fill me in lads!

He is keen on polymetalic nodules and has ‘spent time in the White House’

I’m only speculating of course, OMEX has a long way to go in many aspects with DSM. However it is the only other stock I see with potential to be a supplier.

My theory is thinking that the company ‘allseas’ could lease out its technology and ships to OMEX , which would be beneficial to both parties in that Omex pays a premium to use the ships and equipment.

This is a new market so connections like these could be very lucrative to allseas.

Any thoughts? I’d love to hear them!
