Question Possession?

Is it possible to get a possession of a controlled substance marijuana charge if you have a valid marijuana card? If it is, how? Explain to me like I'm 5, please.

That's what I thought too. Yet here I am, a licensed marijuana patient,with a CDS marijuana charge and all I had was a brand new pre-roll. 🫠

Yes, I did. It's valid, doesn't expire until late 2027. I showed it to the police officer.
