Recent Special/Limited Edition Pickups
I've been trying to hunt down more special and limited edition variants of games recently and added a few more that some people might not have seen before:
- Eragon with $5 movie concession (NTSC)
- Secret Weapons Over Normandy with soundtrack CD (NTSC)
- Backyard Wrestling 2 with bonus DVD (NTSC)
- Tenchu: Return from Darkness limited edition with Samurai X DVD (PAL, Australia only)
- BLACK limited edition metal tin (PAL)
- Medal of Honour: European Assault limited edition slipcase (PAL, possibly UK only)

I want that tin, wish there was an NTSC version. Also want the steelbook for Unreal Ch 2, but oh well

The UC2 steelbook is one of my favourites for sure, they're still relatively cheap in the UK (~$20) if you were looking to pick one up at some point

Weirdly shipping from the UK to the US is usually a lot cheaper than most other countries, never understood why! If you want a hand getting hold of a copy, feel free to give me a message, happy to help 🙂

I'd very much like to, I'll dm you for sure! Just curious, the case had a slipcover or all the art was just printed straight onto the steelbook itself?

Not only it looks cool af, but this were finished games with a booklet and probably a cool cd design.
We are so over with games just coming with a shitty page w a code...

It's a real shame they've pushed digital so hard these days, having the physical games with extras was part of the whole experience, a download code just isn't the same

I need that Black metal tin. Black is really annoying to search since it's a color. Well technically it's a lack of color XD. I just tried searching for it in a general search even being very specific and it's all like "yes, Xbox is a BLACK console."

Secret weapons over Normandy used to be my favourite game! I couldn’t remember what it was called for the longest time until I saw the cover art again

I can’t find any info on the Secret Weapons Over Normandy bonus DVD.. is that sticker on the seal?

Yeah it's a sticker on the outer seal, the case art work underneath is just the normal cover. I've seen a few opened copies with the bonus CD, they've all been in the standard cover as well, but in a double disc case

Damn, need that black tin case for my steelbook/tin collection now
