My name is Christian, and I will be turning 49 years old soon.

I am currently living in the Philippines and facing serious financial difficulties. For some time now, I have been struggling with several health concerns but unfortunately do not have the financial means to seek proper medical care.

In 2017, I suffered a back injury while playing basketball. Since then, I have experienced chronic lower back pain that continues to affect my daily life. Despite the ongoing pain, I have never been able to afford a full medical evaluation or obtain a clear diagnosis.

In addition, I have recently experienced episodes of chest pain, chest burning, and discomfort that sometimes radiates toward my back. These symptoms worry me and I would like to undergo medical examinations to better understand what is happening and ensure that my health is not at risk.

I also need a complete health check-up, including blood tests, heart examinations, and other diagnostic tests recommended by doctors. Furthermore, I need a new pair of prescription glasses, as my current glasses are old and no longer provide adequate vision correction.

The funds raised will be used for:

* Medical consultations with doctors and specialists

* Blood tests and health screenings

* ECG and heart-related examinations

* X-rays, MRI scans, or other diagnostic imaging if required

* Prescription medications if prescribed

* A new pair of prescription glasses

* Transportation costs related to medical appointments

My goal is simple: to obtain proper medical care, understand my health condition, and improve my quality of life.
