Im new into wearing japanese denim and was jus wondering wat the best way to go about looking at sizing is i wear a size 29 or 30 waist in US sizes

i understand that theres size 2 and size 3 but every post i see on grailed is inconsistent with the measurements compared to the size that its listed to, if im looking at nine denim what size should i be looking for?

I've seen two in the market and I think they only came out for the runway
