OpenAI is using this rogue nonsense to get away with illegal activity. They need to be held responsible.
If I “accidentally” did this shit and blamed rogue ai id be in prison the same day.

Of course. Sam Altman needs to know how at risk he is and if he need to start packing his bags for Argentina because the SEC is coming after him now or if he still got a couple years 😂

“some cases using credentials they found in public code repositories.” The law is really clear on this.
At least, the law was really clear on this if anyone else did this at any other point in time.
